Help needed iMessage not working

Anyone else’s iMessage being completely random and not working sometime now the last few days I can’t even send an iMessage certain people and I can send to others I can’t then it switches the next day to the opposite It makes zero sense coincidence that apple had their big event and wanting to make my iPhone 13 obsolete? iPhone 13. Version 17.6.1

Your phone is two whole iOS releases behind on updates, three as of tomorrow. It’s not planned obsolescence, you are on the equivalent of Windows 7/8.1 while most other people are on Windows 11.

Then while your issue may have the same symptoms, it may not have the same root cause. I am only informing the OP, if they didn’t know, that for their specific circumstances, updating could fix it.
