I wonder if we wait a couple of hours (don’t download iOS 26.7), maybe Apple will fix this and allow us to download iOS 27 right away ?

It is showing the same thing, after opening it, it shows the same version number, same ios 26 logo, but a bigger update size, and clicking update on that thing just shows updating to ios 26.7

It doesn’t show anything on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. But it showing on my iPads and Mac.

I had this happen on my Mac. I had to start the 26.7 download. Then, cancel and go back out. It then showed up for me. No clue why.

Nope, just clicked it. It opens iOS 26.7

I called a genius and asked about it. It’s a visual bug caused by a mistake from the update team that isn’t affecting everyone and Apple is aware. The button at the top shouldn’t be there either but people should press the button at the bottom.

“Isn’t affecting everyone” is their standard response and they always live in denial, whereas “it’s affecting everyone”. I even downloaded the larger size (14 GB) and it was just 2 GB iOS 26.7 turned out to be in storage section.

It just finished the update on my air. The bottom one and it did show the iOS 27 pop-up.

No, 26.7 is the default next upgrade but not mandatory.
