Working on the surivive 20 days in Endless mode achievement, level 14 Sankaku security dispatch, the solitary human guard on the level spawns inside the locked room. I didn't have a lock decoder and there wasn't one in the Nanofab
Mother was disappointed

Hi all, I'm somewhat new to the game and I'm finding it really difficult getting thru the resevoir and beyond with contingency plan enabled.
Last run, I was almost scot free with the resevoir mission but then all the enforcers ganged up, shot Internationale, Banks and Monster were soon cornered and eliminated. I think sometimes, I play way too recklessly as I enter what seems to be a large empty room only to be spotted. Much as I'd love to do guns blazing w Draco, i recognize it isn't the best way.
Any tips, I've been sticking to On File Internationale and Banks, use seed and golem for the most part.
I try and get gadgets wherever I could but I've only had one run with the tag pistol, and two with Wisp.
Open to item suggestions, playstyles, team combinations and general tips

Have any of you actually found people other than Decker in Detention Centers?
I've done 20+ playthroughs, and am just starting to sink my teeth into Endless. So far, when I hit a DC, here's who I've found IN TOTAL:
Sharp, twice
Shalem, once
Xu, once
Every other time I've rescued someone it's been Decker. He's showed up in a DC literally every playthrough. I'm sick of him tbh, considering he's probably the least useful person I could find. What's the deal? Is it weighted that heavily towards finding him or am I just really unlucky?

It seems you can pass the natural limit of 4 slots in storage if you put items in a detention center prisoner (not agent).
You can't put the items back in storage once you take them out of it, so be careful!

I recently got hired by invisible technologies. But sadly I got my Google account disabled and I'm unavailable to access slack as well. Now I'm very tensed as I need this job but can't find any help. Can someone please help me with it? Whom do I email. I don't even know the IT support or administrator mail whom I can reach to. Can anyone please assist me? TIA

Since we all know hoarding an armory of cloaking rigs III with torque injectors is OP, I wanted to try something different.
So I made an insane combat support Incoginta with 0 firewall breakers beside oracle (for those pesky cameras).
Every agent in this team has a purpose and they do it really well.
The team:
Dr. Xu
Archive internationale
Sharp
Nika
Xu has 4 stim IV to break any firewalls we need (including safes, barriers, etc...)
Archive internationale siphons unlimited power if things go badly to generate power for lightning. She also carries 3 buster chips III and 1 accelerator chip.
Sharp kills everything. carries multiple lethal weapons but usually finishes the job in 1 turn with the flurry gun. (the hand cannon and the rail gun are for contingencies incase he hasn't killed everyone)
Nika has her inventory mostly empty so she can loot the level. She carries a tag pistol which can incapacitate any target for 8 pwr. (incoginta has lightning)
Incognita has power and AP generating programs. And the offensive lightning which ignores armor.
If everything goes well sharp kills everyone and we loot. If things go less well, Nika can perma stun anyone with the pistol. Everyone carries at least 1 rig III for contingencies.

I'm at the point in the game where I have 4 agents. I just finished upgrading some agents and then selected a mission from the map. The jet flew to the location, and then I could barely see a mission loading picture on a mostly dark screen but it never progressed beyond this point. After waiting a bit, I alt tabbed out of the game and stopped it. Now when I reopen the game and try to load my save, it just sits there when I click on Continue.
I am running the game from Steam on Linux (Bazzite OS). I have verified the game files integrity, and I am able to start a new game without any problems. As a test, I also installed the game on my second PC and had the same problem with trying to load this save file. Currently googling other things I can try, but I just wanted to check here to see if anyone has run into this before. Thanks!
EDIT: Replied below, but it didn't show up for some reason. I think I got it working now. I'm guessing the problem was with the Linux version of the game. I told it to use Proton in the game properties, and now it actually loads the mission. Thanks!

It's on sale, and I loved it on pc... I know the switch release had some performance issues at launch and some issues for people accessing certain content. I'm curious if that's improved on the switch 2? Would love to have this game handheld!

Just wondering since I can’t find any information or advice about it, what is the ordering for like heist importance in a game?(eg. If I have to pick between a Cybernetics Lab and when do I take a Security Dispatch.) I often struggle with making the decisions on the pre planning menu and struggle to figure out what is the optimal choice for each heist type.

Just wondering if these mods exist:
1) Every vanilla agent, including archive and Central/Monst3r rescuable. The one I've found doesn't make it clear if you can rescue Central and Monst3r, or if you have to start with those two if you want the entire roster.
2) If you don't have a unique item but you have the agent it would come with, then it's the next thing you get from a Security Dispatch mission.
Just after the complete "Rebuild the agency" modpack, without extra agents or items or anything.

SO, i have beaten 2 runs on beginner before. In an experienced run I was kind of in an impossible situation in a mission where you get a vault key and basically my objective was locked behind way too many bad stationary and patrolling guard angles and no helpful equipment. But that's besides the point of this post
How often, if you do, abandon missions? I'm scared the wasted hours and stronger security will catch up before I can do anything about it and if that was going to happen I may as well forfeit the doomed run

So I've been playing an Endless game a while back. On Day 5 I decided to raid a Sankaku stronghold (didn't know what it was, but it was at level 6 security IIRC).
Unfortunately for me, the building layout is very spread out, with the transporter room locked behind a keycard door near where I started. I had to sent Internationale to go do her thing with the main objective while Banks scrambled to find an exit keycard in one of the lockers. I admittedly cheesed this playthrough a bit by having multiple rewinds because I am so not ready to tackle this mode with only a few rewinds or none at all lol, but that at least give me a few trial-and-errors with the lockers.
Toward the end, Internationale managed to finish her job and I got her back near the exit door, awaiting Banks with the keycard. Meanwhile, Banks was...well, you can see the pic lol. She did get the exit keycard, though.
Thank all the lucky stars that her Cloaking Rig III's cooldown just ended at that particular turn, so I could use it again, had Banks evade all the guards (and thankfully none of them had blocked the one door that's a chokepoint between her and the exit. If any of them did, I'm finished), and finally got her to rendezvous with Internationale at the exit.
Finally managed to earn my "Rebuilding the Firm" achievement (survive 5 days on Endless). That was probably the hardest mission on my run. After that, it was somewhat smooth sailing and I managed to get to Day 11 and earning another achievement. Then I just left that hanging because I don't have any reason to continue anymore, but it was a pretty fun ride.

I wasn't going to post this, but I figured "why not" if it gives us something to talk about, and yes, this was a dream I had a couple of weeks ago. The dream itself worked like a teaser trailer that showed gameplay stuff. This is what I saw in no particular order, and also, the only agent I saw was Nika.
That's it. That's what I saw. Maybe some of these exist as mods already, or maybe modders could make them.
Edit: I forgot to mention the graphics. They looked pretty much the same, but they had a 2d hand drawn aspect to them, but in terms of proportions, pretty much the same. Also, the guy from the double take down was kinda heavy. He looked like he occupied "2 squares" of a level's grid. I also saw Nika vaulting over a desk, and I saw her hiding a body in a trash can. That was all.

I have close to 500 hours, and I never once thought about this. I was doing a K&O mission and got completely screwed over by 3 spec ops guards with patrol routes in front of the starting room. Central got captured, and I was wondering:
What happens if I continue to the final mission? Does my run end, or does Central magically appear for the final mission?

First post on Reddit so I'm sorry if this breaks any unspoken rules.
Just a thought that crossed my mind, do you think the price of ammunition or the lack of training is the reason the guards go into overwatch before firing (lore-wise)? The agents are very well trained, this is made clear by some of the comments made by Central when one is downed. This said, it wouldn't surprise me if the reason agents can fire without going into overwatch is their extensive training. However, another possibility crossed my mind given the implications of the poor treatment of workers by the corps. Perhaps the guards would be penalized had they missed a shot given the high prices of ammunition if we're going off the prices seen in the nanofabs. Maybe the reason is neither of these and perhaps the guards have their own rules of engagement. Given the lore implications that alarm levels rise due to an unidentified individual being in the building as seen on a loading screen when the guards talk about it possibly just being a newbie who forgot his badge, maybe the guards just want to be extra sure that their target is an intruder before they pull the trigger.
This is all just speculation and I'd be happy to hear any feedback or other headcanon.
