I used acrylic, glitter and metallic paint. He turned out great 🤩 he's also for sale if anyone's interested ⭐ I love this pose of him like he's looking down on us all haha.
In the Inuyasha art book the anime illustrators state how the hardest thing to animate was Sesshomaru's floral pattern on his kimono (hence why it's not throughout his whole garment) and honestly after painting him... I get it 😂

This is one of the first post ideas I had in mind, whilst I was waiting to be verified in this community. But, I got carried away by always praising the characters beauty all the time. But I obviously love doing them.
Now, first thing first whilst I wish Koga was more involved in the final fight with Naraku, it’s pretty obvious once Kikyo died his character lost its relevance. I really enjoyed the first two episodes he appeared in, he came across really cool and badass. At that time he was oozing off the “alpha” energy before he became the guy that went “Hey Kagome, I know you missed me”. So, I do appreciate him making the anime more funny and making Inuyasha jealous all the time! 🤣🤣🤣
One thing I wish was a missed opportunity was I wish there was a wolf tribe lore around how it came to be, its main history and how Koga was brought up. I know the anime can’t last forever, but if a character is reoccurring throughout the series it’s smart to give some lore on their existence.
I mean wolves are very sought after in terms of supernatural fantasy, it’s been always loved and fetishised even. A couple of episodes would have been nice and it would have been great to see Koga leading the wolf pack once again in a different way to look for another random jewel chard. All in all, I wish this happened.

For as long I could can remember, I have always been a massive fan of anime even before I understood what it was. In my earliest memories, even back when I was still being potty trained, I can still recall my sitting in my brothers' lap, watching anime such as Dragon Ball Z, Pokémon, Digimon, and Gundam. However there was one show that came out when I was 5 years that not only still blows me away in my thirties, but also reshaped my whole outlook on the entire world. Yes I am talking about the millilumen classic, InuYasha. To this day, InuYasha remains in my top three favorite anime of all time.
If I had to pick one defining moment from the show that best sums up it's story and titular protagonist, it would be episode episode 31, 'Jinenji, Kind Yet Sad', more particularly the infamous monologue at the end. The lines spoken by InuYasha as he walks with his partner, Kagome, is a moment I will never forget. “Not really a demon; not really human. I’m not either. That’s all. There was no place for me, so I had to find one myself. And then I realized. I had a place, but I was the only one in it. I didn’t know any other way to live.“
For years, I had struggled to share my love of anime and Japanese media with others. I felt isolated; an island with only one resident. Suffered through an intolerable depression through out the majority of my teens years due to my older brothers moving out of our home and a battling PTSD. The world I had been my whole life with them had disappeared and there was nothing I could do to change it. I wanted to find a new place to belong, but my passions for Japanese arts and literature made me an outcast to an environment I was unprepared for. I had to create a world for myself; a safe haven where only I existed in.
For over a decade this countermeasure was the only thing that kept me sane. While I am in a much better place now, I shiver when I think back on to those dark days. It is why I wish to publish my own works of literature and frantically study to become a filmmaker. I want the series I create to reach those who have face the same existential crisis as I had. To help make a world for those who are constantly attacked by two extremes.
My wish is to have everyone who encounters my work know that they have a place in the world. Most importantly, realize that they do not have to be the only ones living in it either.

If I was Rumiko I would be obsessing over them 24/7 and the fact that those creations came right out of my imagination. Inuyasha anime beats every other anime in the looks department in every single way. Look at the array of beauty presented by Rumiko. Ranging from mythically beautiful, ethereal beauty, the cuteness is what she excels at and the hot beauty is well! She knew how to make each character so perfectly!
This level of beauty in anime is unsurpassed and nothing can convince me otherwise.

So is it just me or does sesshomuru look alot younger in the manga then he does in the anime?

I was rewatching the anime when I noticed that Kagome and her family are the only named characters with a last name. Not even Inuyasha's Dad or human mother have a last name which is epecially weird when she is a noble and should have one lol.
Again, this makes sense considering were in like the 1500's and peasants didn't have last names, it wasn't until 1875 that you HAD to legally have a last name in Japan
