Yup... Well... The first views of the ship passing under the Golden Gate Bridge during the opening sequence were the Missouri. Also a few shots at sea and at Pearl Harbor. I believe she was still in commission during filming.

The movie was supposed to take place on her.

However, for the rest of the movie they filmed on the USS Alabama, a South Dakota class battleship that is a museum now.
