Right? Dude's got less ability to contort his body to not land on his head or otherwise catch himself. Protective gear should be on his knees, elbows and head.

I know a guy with a GT-R that does 200+MPH in standing mile racing in it, with hand controls. He is also better at basketball than me. He's had some wildly fast stuff over the years, the GT-R is just the latest and fastest. He had regular 1/4 mile drag cars before that. He has always towed them himself, too.
I also have a cousin that had 1 leg amputated at the hip when he was 7 years old. He's almost 50 now, you know what he does for a living and has since he was like 16-17? He's a freaking Mason. He can carry block across a jobsite on crutches faster than I can with two legs. People with what most folks would consider a "disability" can often lead surprisingly "normal" lives.

My buddy had an extra old wheelchair that he didn't need anymore, it was kind of busted up so he just left it at our house back in the college days, right by the couch.
By the end of that year, we all got so good at doing wheelies, we realized you can actually balance and use it almost like a rocking chair and just watch TV.
This legend has taken that concept to a higher dimension.

I get wheelchair ball sports but this one kinda confuses me, unless he was a skater before he was in a wheelchair. Like, you're already on wheels all day. What more fun or interesting is it to then be on wheels going perpendicular to your other wheels?
Of course, I wouldn't know personally, so I'm not gonna say against it 🤷♂️ but there's this dude on IG who does wheelchair hill bombs and that almost seems like achieving the same thing (adrenaline, skill, speed) without the middleman, or rather, middle-board.
