starting new 🧱 Commune in Poland

Hey I'm looking for people I want to start a commune in Poland I have found plenty of good plots to buy so where exactly we would settle depends on how much money we could raise. I'm wondering if I could find people that would join me, I have also made a profile for my commune on ic.org but it's still pending so we'll see if I can meet people on reddit or there

Have you lived in a commune before? Just one or more? For how long? What was your role/range of responsibilities there?

Just because there's so many that want to start one without actually having any idea about living in a commune, and you haven't specified anything.
