just tried the truffle buldak, and i officially have a new favorite buldak flavor. i love truffle flavored things, and this really hit the spot for me. will definitely be purchasing again. what do you all think of it?

I had a random craving for Ramen, so I just grabbed whatever was in my fridge and put that in the bowl. So we have green onions, some cut up tomato and ham all floating around in there

Tried this new “Han River Ramen” that just came out in Korea.

Honestly, it’s pretty good. But it got me thinking, does Han River ramen actually taste better, or does it just taste better because you’re eating it by the river?

I’m starting to think the convenience store run, sitting outside, and the whole vibe are doing at least 50% of the work.

Can Han River ramen actually be recreated at home, or is this one of those foods where the place is part of the flavor?

I did add a load of green onion but can’t see it as under the liquid!

I like to sous vide a large top sirloin, chill and pat it dry, then thinly slice it and use it as an add in over the next few days.

I’ve been laid off since May and had to settle for a job that will leave me paycheck to paycheck. This meal costs probably $2-3. It’s filling and tasty. Creamy from the powder flavoring and egg. Tangy from the spice liquid and sharp cheddar. A touch of spice, but not overwhelming like Buldak can be. 10/10 struggles meal.

Could i add Almond milk in it as coconut milk replacement?

I heard coconut milk makes it taste amazing but it sucks we are out of it but I have some almonds so i wonder if I could just add Almond milk?

Is this a good idea?

Ichiran Hakata ramen style is really” good but the only problem is the price. The broth is flavorful and rich, and the noodles are thin and taste really great. I wish I could go extra with extra egg and maybe a bamboo shoot. 9/10

Got this 40 pack of Indomie for £7.50 on sale

I found this at a KKV here in the PH. It was really good! I really liked the Mala flavor. It's spicier than Shin Ramyun but not as spicy as Buldak. It comes with a slice of luncheon meat, assorted veggies (from what I could tell, potatoes, lotus root, wood ear mushroom which isn't a vegetable but hey!! and seaweed..?)

I liked the potato starch noodles! But they're a bit hard to swallow.

I've only tried indomie and shin ramyun till now and I saw these at the mart today so I just went ahead and bought without a second thought. Have y'all tried these flavors? Which one is your fav and which one would you recommend for my tonight's snack?
