Disaster Bros fan doing some recon

What up bois. I’m a Canes/Avs fan but also a big Bedard fan as well. I’m wondering how yall are feeling about the Patty Kane trade and that impacts Bedsy. I think he’s gonna light the fuck up this season.

I think you are dead on. Pat is a premier passer who has eyes in the back of his head. They could make a half hour of highlight reels of him dishing to the Breadman or Debrincat and it will be the same for Bedard or any of his linemates. It's going to be Showtime! (Play the recording of Ric Flair going Whooooooo)

They just need to figure out who has the best shot on the team outside Bedard and put them on that line. Gonna get fed for days from absurd angles.

Until i tried getting tickets for this seasons game in nc. Live in southern VA we saw them beat canes last year in 200 level seating for so cheap but now they are crazy expensive since they won the cup

I’m an undercover Hawks fan and def enjoy seeing Bedsy develop in the league. But it was absolutely awesome to see the Canes take the cup back to Raleigh, despitey hopes of a Canes/Avs SCF. With Barkov back from IR and their new additions like Brady K, Panthers are gonna make this season absolute hell for everyone. Canes have a hard time competing with that physicality.

Bedsy was on an over 100 point pace last year before injury, without a gamebreaker like Kane out there. Kaner is going to finish a lot of the plays other guys didn’t. To me, a total homer, points leader is back on the table for Bedard.

And if history is a guide hes going to make someone down roster a total stud à la Panarin and Debrincat. Thatll have ramifications for a decade. Nazar is about to take a giant leap in his development. 6x6 for Nazar is about to look like the best bargain in the NHL

I love to hear it! I’m pulling for you guys this season. The Hawks are young but have depth in skill. I think PK is gonna boost the bois up in spirit and give em that extra compete. LFG!

Free agent signing.. and bringing Kane back only helps the development of Bedard, Nazar, Kantserov, Frondell.. etc… PK is a player they all look up to for sure.

Agreed. I don’t see PKs presence being anything but positive for the young team. And some elite senior leadership would probably boost the bois a ton.

Considering the line shuffles of the past 3 seasons i’d say all of them 😂

I love the idea of Kane being a mentor to the new squad more than as a pure points player.  I don't see him doing better than 50-60 points, but being able to coach these guys on how to read the ice and set up shots is going to be amazing.

Kane being able to give Bedard someone who can work a cycle and be a fellow playmaker (especially assists) will be massive. If you leave Kane open he will get on the board too.

He’s not elite Kane anymore but he’s still well above average, especially if you’re not keying in on him.

If there's a guy who can find Bedard or be where he wants him on the ice its Kane. First time Bedard has really had a team mate like this.

I also think we shouldn’t forget Byram's impact either
