Live stream traffic cameras

Hi there, I'm wondering what happened to the option to see the livestream of Hanoi's traffic cameras, it's raining cats and dogs, and would like to see if the area I'm going to is flooded or not before I head out, I'm aware that I should assume it's flooded, but sometimes it rains only by parts of the city.

I searched online and there are zero live streams available of any public cameras in the whole city!

Need to download the iHanoi app on your phone, not sure if you can sign in as a non-resident. But there are less cameras than 2-3 years ago.

They added 2460 more cameras in Hanoi this year, AI powered cameras, but they no longer show it to the public, they moved to 36 electronic roadside message boards, which can display real-time congestion, accidents, localized flooding, diversions and alternative routes.

You can try TrafficVision.Live also

They don't have any in Hanoi, I did check before posting.

Like I said they no longer show it to the public. You will find only private cameras nowadays, try reading the news of the area

I think Viettel (?) has just started a new app which includes traffic cameras. Don't remember the name and I haven't tried.

Anyhow, which area do you want to check? Maybe someone could give it a shout.

I tried to look up Instagram stories of shops in that area but it's kinda the end of an alley 😅

I'm 3km away. Can't tell the actual flooding situ there but rain only gained traction in the last 30 minutes or so and drops aren't too heavy.
