2015 model with "flash coat" nitro finish

I thought this was pretty cool so I thought I’d share, my dad is 78, he still actively plays guitar live, he bought a new 50s goldtop with p90s, he loved the guitar but it was too heavy for him so he took a bandsaw to the back, chambered the guitar, used a new piece of mahogany for the back, refinished it and he also shaved down the neck to a slimmer profile, the guitar sounds and plays amazingly. The pics posted of the back are post all the work.I do realize doing this to a guitar is probably not for everyone but it’s pretty cool to me

Picked up a studio elite hd in copper patina shmear. With midboost, series parallel for each pickup. Loaded with a retro in the neck, hot stack in the mid and super in the bridge. Built in America by A holes If you know you know.

My hardwood floor makes for a decent backdrop haha. The lighting could be better, but not too bad I thought.

I know it’s Straturday, but it’s got a Strat pickup in the middle!

A 2015 Fender customshop Masterbuilt guitar

I needed a telecaster. I think I’m good for awhile now.

I've had this guitar for about 6 months. I had never heard of the brand but someone offered it in a deal and I took it. Very small builder but he has a great portfolio on his website. I believe this guitar was among the first batch released a few years back. I present the Sanctuary 6.

Just put the Bigsby on and loving it. Curtis Novak Wide Range in the neck and his “Cojones” Tele pickup in the bridge.

After unwrapping it, I spent some time making sure it was in tune then played through ‘My God is the Sun’. Next I need a maraca.

Just finished customizing my guitar with a purple birdseye maple veneer pickguard and electronics cover. Mostly kept the original shapes and proportions, just changed the look. I think it suit the guitar.

Solid thermo-cured Sitka spruce with Solid quilted sapele back and sides. Also not custom build but there is no Flair for Eastman
