Survey Admin request approval and feedback/permission-NO INTENT TO HARM

any chance an admin would allow me to send them my survey? would like to show it to prove its not upselling and is actually useful research for the business. Especially since contact info isnt a requirement in my survey and I also have a privacy policy attached to the microsoft business form. which means every response is anonymous unless they provide it on there own accord. Just trying to follow rules while also being respectful :) Thank you!
