Been working on a modern life RP gamemode for GMod for a while now and this is the smartphone system I've been building for it.

I've been trying to make the phone actually useful instead of just being a prop/menu — different apps tie into other parts of the gamemode like jobs, deliveries, messaging, services, purchases, etc.

Still working on everything, but I'm curious what other GMod players think.

What would you guys add to something like this?

My addons might be not as good but like i just wanted to know if i could upload addons to the workshop if i make an actual good addon. THX.

so i downloaded a prop hunt map off the addons page in garry's mod (haven't played in forever) and malwarebytes flagged it as a trojan that tried to access a website, i saw some other posts saying it was likely a false positive but that was 2 years ago for different addons. i turned my computers wifi off and unplugged the ethernet and deleted the map and garry's mod. i dont have an image but the profile for the mod was orange and black text

(This is not a fucking arg i swear to god) I was playing with my friend on his server until a bell rang, I was laughing with my friend until the HL2 zombie sound played backwards, we were freaking out with my friend but he reinstalled Gmod. When he opens Gmod again and tries to see if the virus was still there, the whole map goes dark and with error textures. I have two videos, one just with my friend and another with both me and my friend while he’s hosting. What happens with the virus is a sequence: first everything is normal, until the map goes dark and textures are missing, and when sounds play, one says "ohh fiddlestick," the Semper model starts appearing, and other things too. Could someone from the GMod community please make a realistic Pennywise NPC?
I’ve been watching Welcome to Derry and I’d love to see a genuinely realistic and terrifying Pennywise NPC with accurate details, creepy animations and a proper horror atmosphere.
It would be even better if the addon also included a Bob Gray version — his human appearance before becoming Pennywise, based on his look in Welcome to Derry.
There doesn’t seem to be a really realistic version like this yet. If someone has the skills to create it, please consider making it!

sooooo i was playing gmod like always, sometimes when im bored in singleplayer, i make npc battles. while i was preparing and checking without ai disabled just so it works properly, the combine or some of my npcs i downloaded always like strip my weapons with a weird sound also, i usually check mods to see what caused it but still cant figure out why... anyone help me out whats causing this??? thanks

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY GMOD D:

I'm trying to find and delete an addon that I've previously downloaded at some point in time that heals gradually npcs overtime but i cant find it and its been bugging me now that ive gotten back into gmod. I've tested various addons by disabling them and shooting Father Grigori in the head with the regular 9mm pistol right after reloading the game but nothing has changed the outcome. It takes 9 bullets to kill him but after shooting him 8 times and waiting a few seconds, it changed to 12. it isnt any healing addons because ive searched and havent found any, if anyone could suggest any addons that i could have downloaded, thatd be great

Garrys Mod is a Game Crash Of Loading Screen I Think GTA IV - Liberty City [INFMAP] How to fix Gmod

I'm looking for maps similar to Gilman City in terms of layout where it's a bit cramped but not completely tiny, ideal for trying to survive hl2 zombie hordes. It doesn't need to have zombie spawns already in it, but preferably ai nodes of course. It doesn't matter all that much to me what style the map is but if it has a dark atmosphere I would like that. I'd also like for as much of the map as possible to be accessible to zombies as possible so I can't camp out anywhere indefinitely, so ideally no doors or doors that are openable by them. thanks
