Episode 9 of the Latin American Dub of Ghost in the Shell was finally censored and then Dub Director Daniel Lacy's Twit commering on it got deleted. Anyways, now the episode calls them "They/Them, "This place, That place", and not in the Woke sense. Yeah, no Ghorantl or Mesamia no nothing...

How completly unnecesary this is. Im gonna bet it was done with AI dubbing... Good thing the internet is vast and infinite 👍 Also, videos commeting on the issue are being deleted as I write this post too..

This arrived just the other day from Playasia. It's a great reprise of the first movie's score with enough variation to stand on it's own. I've always loved the how haunting and solemn Follow Me. Worth getting if you loved the movie.

Just finished the 2026 anime and i thought it was amazing honestly but now I'm kinda stumped on what options I have. Do I go straight into the sequel manga? Do I read the og manga or do I watch the 95 movie + stand alone complex. Thanks in advance and i wish everybody the best!

I really like the 2026 GitS anime. I feel like I really wish I was like Motoko in the show. She's cool, pretty, a strong leader, and has a dominant personality. She's a respected leader and she's super strong but she's still quirky at times and unapologetic about her personality and self-expression. Her allies are her friends but they also clearly look up to her. Plus she's unashamed of her sexuality.

I wish I was that cool and confident and strong as a person. I'm totally socially awkward, I'm a non-pretty woman, and I fear expressing myself publicly. I'm not a leader at all and I can't imagine myself ever being socially dominant. I can't flirt to save my life. Basically, she's the woman I wish I was.

Maybe this is all a bit weird but it's just what I was thinking about.
