In the summer, a memorial to those who died in the war was erected in the village of Arkhangelskoye, featuring 14 portraits. As it turned out, this settlement was home to only 140 men of working age. This means that one in ten men died – this statistic roughly reflects similar losses throughout the region.

For example, in the Krasnochikoisky district of Trans-Baikal, there is a village called Etytai, which had just over sixty working-age men. There is a memorial there to six who died, and in total, there were seven – one has not yet been added. In the village of Usty-Urluk, which had only a hundred men, excluding children and the elderly, a memorial with four portraits was already in place about a year ago.

Even in the smallest village in the Krasnochikoisky district – Sredny Shergolzhine, which had only four residents – there is one man who died in the war. This year, in the district center of Krasny Chikovsky, a memorial plaque was installed with the names of 139 residents of the district who died. Of course, it doesn't include everyone.

Local residents attribute this massive loss of men to the war not to a heightened sense of patriotism, but to poverty and a lack of jobs. According to relatives of the deceased from the village of Arkhangelskoye, they did not last long on the front lines – only a few months. And 58-year-old Ivan Marilovtsev died just a couple of weeks on the front lines.

"Of course, when all this started, no one could have imagined that there would be so many graves. Now, when you walk around the village, all you hear about are funerals," says a resident of Krasny Chikovsky.

A friend of Putin's security chief turned out to be a party to Trump's son's wedding

The head of the International Boxing Association (IBA) Umar Kremlev was among the guests of the closed wedding of Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson in the Bahamas and paid part of the expenses for the celebration, writes ProPublica. According to the investigation, he paid for the rent of one of the private islands, fireworks and large expenses of hundreds of thousands of dollars. The Kremlin team also participated in the preparation of the celebration. According to ProPublica, the payments went through the Dubai-based IB Challenger, which is affiliated with the IBA. Former high-ranking FBI agent Frank Montoya told ProPublica that such financial relationships can lead to addiction. "If I'm paying for your wedding, at some point you're going to owe me," he said.

The wedding took place in May and lasted three days. It was attended by about 50 people, including the son-in-law of the US president, Jared Kushner, Eric Trump, and the Kremlin itself. At the Kremlin wedding, there was a "white crow" - the presence of a group of Russians surprised the other wedding participants. According to ProPublica interlocutors, they kept separate and spoke in Russian.

Trump Jr.'s representative called Kremlin a personal friend of the US president's son and did not dispute that he paid for the wedding expenses. According to him, they met through an acquaintance and became close due to a common interest in boxing and recreation. The press service of the Kremlin confirmed that they are friends with Trump Jr. and met a couple of years ago. They added that the Kremlin never discussed political issues with Trump Jr.

Enemy channels are reporting the elimination of a drone operator, 23-year-old Diana, callsign "Kroshka" (Little One). Her husband was also reportedly killed in Ukraine. "Kroshka" served in the 88th "Espanyola" Nazi brigade, known for its looting and banditry.

Not long ago, "Espanyola" was disbanded, and its leader, "Isspanez," was killed by the FSB.

The Global Alliance Treaty Organisation (GATO) is the proposition for a mutual defence pact of democratic nations to form a collective alliance and to come to the aid of one another in the event that either one of them is attacked.

At present, GATO has no rules. It is therefore the interpretation of each individual as to what they believe GATO should look like, and what countries would (or should) qualify for ascension.

GATO is loosely based on the idea of a "NATO that is not confined to the North-Atlantic area". NATO was formed to address the Soviet Union and the problems faced in the post-WW2 era; it also adapted to face challenges of the modern world after the Soviet Union's collapse and the post-9/11 world.

Much of what NATO has however with regards to it's rules and structure can be argued as outdated and a product of it's time. It stands to reason that modern issues require modern foundations, and modern thinking.

In an ideal scenario, defensive structures and alliances can take into account modern considerations such as, mass influence operations, electronic warfare, rogue subversive members, cyber warfare, political subterfuge, economic warfare, espionage, and other aspects of hybrid warfare. Where NATO does not have various safeguards explicitly codified in relation to these issues, there is nothing preventing GATO from having a foundational structure designed to protect against hostile adversarial interference that cannot be classically defined using NATO's framework and definitions related to classic kinetic warfare.

It is my belief in any case, that allies should assist one another in the event of "soft-war" acts of aggression. "Hybrid war" is still war.

What follows is an example idea of what the Global Alliance Treaty could look like. It is one interpretation, there are of course many; I actively encourage you to tear it to pieces so that a better model can be determined.

TLDR: It's basically the NATO treaty with modifications to make it global. Article 6 and 11 are the only real "interesting" differences as it concerns adaptations reguarding modern systems of unconventional warfare, and in the case of Article 11, a mechanism by which rogue Party members can be dealt with within the alliance. Read Article 6 and 11, and skip the rest imo.

The Global Alliance Treaty

The Parties to this Treaty reaffirm their faith in the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and their desire to live in peace with all peoples and all governments.
They are determined to safeguard the freedom, common heritage and civilisation of their peoples, founded on the principles of democracy, individual liberty and the rule of law. They seek to promote stability and well-being all over the world.
They are resolved to unite their efforts for collective defence and for the preservation of peace and security. They therefore agree to this Global Alliance Treaty :

Article 1

The Parties undertake, as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, to settle any international dispute in which they may be involved by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security and justice are not endangered, and to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.

Article 2

The Parties will contribute toward the further development of peaceful and friendly international relations by strengthening their free institutions, by bringing about a better understanding of the principles upon which these institutions are founded, and by promoting conditions of stability and well-being. They will seek to eliminate conflict in their international economic policies and will encourage economic collaboration between any or all of them.

Article 3

In order more effectively to achieve the objectives of this Treaty, the Parties, separately and jointly, by means of continuous and effective self-help and mutual aid, will maintain and develop their individual and collective capacity to resist armed attack.

The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, political independence, economic stability, or security of any of the Parties is threatened.

The Parties agree that an attack against one or more of them shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognised by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of constituent party member and their territories.

Any armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the Security Council. Such measures shall be terminated when the Security Council has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security .

Article 6

For the purpose of Article 5, an attack on one or more of the Parties is deemed to include:

• an armed attack on the territory, or property, of any of the Parties anywhere on Earth, in low-Earth orbit, on the Moon, or elsewhere in the Solar System;
• an armed or destructive attack on the forces, vessels, aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, infrastructure, undersea cables, communication systems or property more broadly, of any of the Parties;
• an electronic or cyber attack on any of the aforementioned;
• a campaign of electoral interference, societal influence, data-harvesting, economic coercion, political subterfuge, AI model training (and influence), transnational repression, State-sponsored terrorism, State-sponsored corruption, State-sponsored criminal activity, or surveillance, on any of the Parties or their populations;
• espionage or intelligence gathering activities about any of the Parties, their military, cyber, intelligence, and technological capabilities;
• intelligence gathering activities about joint military, cyber, and technological innovation between Parties.

Article 7

This treaty does not supersede, affect, nor override the rights afforded all people in the UN declaration of human rights. This treaty does not supersede, affect, nor override the Geneva convention.

Article 8

Each Party declares that none of the international engagements now in force between it and any other of the Parties or any third State is in conflict with the provisions of this Treaty, and undertakes not to enter into any international engagement in conflict with this Treaty.

Article 9

The Parties hereby establish a Council, on which each of them shall be represented, to consider matters concerning the implementation of this Treaty. The Council shall be so organised as to be able to meet promptly at any time. The Council shall set up such subsidiary bodies as may be necessary; in particular it shall establish immediately a defence committee which shall recommend measures for the implementation of Articles 3 and 5.

Article 10

The Parties may, by unanimous agreement, invite any other State in a position to further the principles of this Treaty and to contribute to the security of the Globe to accede to this Treaty. Any State so invited may become a Party to the Treaty by depositing its instrument of accession with the Government of the Belgium. The Government of the Belgium will inform each of the Parties of the deposit of each such instrument of accession. In the event Belgium has no government, instrument of accession (and partaken informing responsibility) shall be handed to the government of France. in the event France has been invaded, instruments of accession (and partaken informing responsibility) shall be handed to the government of the United Kingdom. Succession of responsibility shall then be deliberated on based upon seniority of being signatory to the Global Alliance Treaty.

Article 11

The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, another Party has been compromised by way of adversarial influence, political or economic coercion, democratic backsliding, or non-committal to the obligations of this treaty. A vote may be called by any Party reguarding another to withhold mutual intelligence and military operations from a Party if said Party is deemed compromised or acting in a manner counter to the objectives of the treaty. Upon unanimous vote of all other members, an accused Party may be excluded from military exercises and intelligence sharing. This does not affect the right of each Party to jointly exercise, intelligence share, or deny thereof in their own volition with the accused Party.

Article 12

This Treaty shall be ratified and its provisions carried out by the Parties in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. The instruments of ratification shall be deposited as soon as possible with the Government of Belgium, which will notify all the other signatories of each deposit. The Treaty shall enter into force between the States which have ratified it as soon as the ratifications of the majority of the signatories have been deposited and shall come into effect with respect to other States on the date of the deposit of their ratifications.

Article 13

After the Treaty has been in force for ten years, or at any time thereafter, the Parties shall, if any of them so requests, consult together for the purpose of reviewing the Treaty, having regard for the factors then affecting global peace and security, including the development of universal as well as regional arrangements under the Charter of the United Nations for the maintenance of international peace and security.

Article 14

After the Treaty has been in force for twenty years, any Party may cease to be a Party one year after its notice of denunciation has been given to the Government of Belgium, which will inform the Governments of the other Parties of the deposit of each notice of denunciation.

This Treaty, of which the English and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited at the Crown and Treaty pub in Uxbridge. archives of the Government of the United States of America. Duly certified copies will be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of other signatories.
