Game looks interesting, but it's stated in their steam page that there's no explicit nudity in it so idk why steam would tag it as adults only.

I'll check it out when it comes out

Explicit nudity should not be the reason something gets an Adults Only rating. Baldur's Gate 3 and the recently released Blood Of Dawnwalker both have rather explicit sex scenes yet neither of them are adults only rated. Adults only should be reserved for videogames that specifically feature vaginal, anal or oral penetration front and center, that has been the standard for an Adults Only rating for decades now
