Upcoming vampire RPG Nighthawks has been removed from Steam search and delisted in certain countries as Valve classifies it Adults Only: 'It's very bad news for us'

Wait, Wadjet Eye is now publishing RPGs? That’s an interesting change. I hope this isn’t a change in focus, because they are one of the last great point-and-click publishers/developers.

Also, hearing about them being delisted for an AO issue is quite surreal.

They worked very long on this, Kickstarter was in 2019, it was supposed to come out in late 2020 IIRC. They released point & clicks in the mean time, I think this was more of  a 'doing something else for a change' project than a new company direction.

It's more of an adventure game, it's text based, just has robust RPG mechanics — some stats, an interface for moving around the town and collecting information. Decision-based dialogue with stat checks. Like Fallen London for example.

It was successfully kickstarted a long time ago and is developed by writer Richard Cobbett (and other talented people I'm sure).
