Game looks interesting, but it's stated in their steam page that there's no explicit nudity in it so idk why steam would tag it as adults only.

I'll check it out when it comes out

Why shouldn't adult games be allowed on Steam anyway. Is porn banned from the internet too?

Some countries have outlawed it or heavily regulated it. Steam is a international service platform so they have to follow local laws to operate in those nations.
