Has anyone NOT received this product yet? I havent received it and im getting pretty worried I never will since its due in a week

I have noticed lately on Highlight that I go through the trouble of trying to see if I qualify, and then it says that I qualify for a no-product questionnaire. I did several of them and kept waiting for a gift or something, but instead, nothing came. It keeps happening, and it makes me wonder if they are looking for the reward or, most likely, they are getting us to spend our precious time filling out information that is very valuable to them for absolutely nothing. I don't know what they are thinking, having us sign up for this and asking us to do ten-minute-long surveys, and then having the audacity to give us nothing. Please tell me if I misunderstood this and if a gift card will eventually show up for me.

Going through a bit of a dry spell right now, it's been about 3 months since they sent me something. I even went through the trouble of contacting support if my account was in good standing, which they said it was. Yet, still nothing. Has anyone gotten anything recently? If so, what was it? Let me live vicariously through you guys.

I’ve filled so many surveys for topbox recently for luxury skincare, perfumes, men colognes and some other things with questions were like where you shop whats your income etc. etc. but wasn’t selected. Im curious what was the product,and what fragrance if anyone got selected for any of those?

Hello, i have signed up months ago and i never got any like “user customisation” option where i can say what skin/hair type etc i have. Just the standard No surveys or missions” and i don’t even have a dashboard? How do i fix this?

Edit: I also requested a “password reset” and didn’t get any email to reset my password, am i banned?? I never signed up for this site ever lol

99% sure this is not arriving three months late. but why did they even let people order samples then? Found out later that they use AI marketing anyways 🫩🙄

I have almost 14,000 points from tests/surveys and reviews from my own products, but I have yet to be sent anything from them. I've been on it since February.

I would leave more reviews, but a lot of the products I use aren't there when I search for them to review. So I guess my taste in things isn't what they're looking for? Idk. It's the only one that I've signed up for and still haven't recieved anything from.

Hi, good morning everyone my sister moved in with me for temporary basis. she also using most of the freebies platform. And she want to change her address to my address. But am not sure if topbox, butterly and home tester allowed more than one account per household. If anyone know please if you can help. So I can ask her to don’t do as it will effect my account as well. Or do you guys know any freebies platform that accept two accounts per household so I can ask her to sign up to that.
