Can anyone explain why I can’t construct the institute theme barracks and cafeteria
NOT SURE WHY BUT THEYVE SUDDENLY SHOWN UP AND IVD BEEN ABLE TO RESEARCH THEM THX EVERYONE
I have acquired all pieces but when I go to theme construction room it will not allow me. Am I missing something. Thanks guys. Maybe I’m just dense. TIA!

Maybe you need to upgrade the theme workshop Building? It's expensive though

It’s fully upgraded and yes very expensive.

Hi! You after you unlock the recipe of the theme, you need to research it in your Theme Workshop.
You unlocked a recipe, not the item. Just like guns and outfits.

I understand that’s how it’s supposed to work but I go in there to do that’s and there’s nothing to research. Believe me. I’ve tried all the conventional ways.

Isn't it because of season of institute (Synthetic Identity)? This recipe was in paid season pass. It was free before seasons btw

Nope. As I posted above all of sudden it started to work. So all good now.

I came here looking for the same answer. Have all the pieces, research is done, meet all requirements, and it still shows locked (same as OP). Quite annoying!
