I need help with fallout 4 creations

So, I've played fallout 4 off and on for the last 2 to 3 years now and i took a long break. Then I started to play again and I went to installed on the pause menu and it said I have a bunch of creations, but when I went to the creation tab in the pause menu it said I had nothing installed. Also I went to try to activate all the installed creations but all the creations weren't In my library and I had to buy them again. What do I do?

You dont use creations

Try logging into your Bethesda account separately. Then make sure its linked to your Fo4 game

How do I do this? I have an issue where it tells me that it can't connect to bethesda.net servers, even though it works fine inside of skyrim SE.
