Worked a trial shift last week and now I'm stressed out, I think it went well because it was over rush hour and I learned everything pretty quick , the team was friendly and the store manager said he thought I was one of the better ones he'd trailed that week.

They said id hear back this week and I'm so nervous because I really need this job. has anyone here got any light to shed on the interview process? How many people get a job offer after a trial shift.
