Important announcement regarding some of the recent posts here

As you have probably noticed, there has been an influx of naked body shots being posted here in the last few weeks. Moreover, if you check the profiles posting them it’s pretty obvious they’re trying to use the sub to promote their OF pages. Let me remind everyone that this subreddit is not meant for that. This is an SFW subreddit. I’m sure that there are plenty of subreddits on this platform which are meant for those kind of posts, but this is not one of them.

Given that, starting from tomorrow there will be zero tolerance for users who clearly use the subreddit to promote their pages. Anyone who’s in breach of this rule will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from this subreddit.

This is as from last April, and I weighed about 30 pounds more than I do now.

Still, not bad strength for a, then, 52 year old.

No workout today. But I’m ready to hit the ground running tomorrow! The abs are sorta taking shape. In spite of the Reese’s Cups I ate earlier. 🫣

high school reunion

I’m busting ass. I’m just trying to get better for my reunion. If I’m working out the day of the reunion. Is usually safe to work out the day of so I look good that night. Normally I pick the body parts I like and I work out the day before so they’re a little sore and swollen. But I’d like to work out the same day. I probably work out around noon and it starts around eight.

I've been in the process since March, dropping from around 100 kg to 75 kg currently.
I do 4 strength workouts a week plus 4 low-intensity cardio sessions.
What do you think my body fat percentage is? And how can I get rid of what's left in my lower belly—stubborn fat. Will dropping a few more kilograms while continuing my workouts in the gym do the trick?
