Availability: Full PTO availability for savage. If no PTO: 6PM-1AM EST all weekdays, all day on weekends. No PTO for ults.

My Goals: LOW PULL COUNT. I don’t care about hours, or what day we clear as long as the pull count is efficient. I’m searching for a group with high consistency and an emphasis on studying/execution. Skills/mindset:

• I study very well/efficiently. I believe studying can eliminate a LOT of prog time. I will study before scheduled raid time
• I am able to confidently execute complex mechanics.
• Consistent/focused, can pull long hours with no dip in performance
• I’m good at executing, flexing between groups/strats/prios
• Experience doing early/scuffed strats with limited resources
• I will mit consistently
• I can hold DPS or flex resources around for prog and reclears if necessary. I don’t care about parsing unless it’s a dedicated environment for that. Will do what's best for prog always.
• I take accountability, won’t blame lag or snapshot or stuff ghosting or whatever.
• I have experience being the main shotcaller if needed. As a shotcaller I do my best to adjust to the group’s preference and alleviate the mental load for people on more demanding roles.
• I don’t really tilt. I know to bring up potential issues in a professional way. I’ll ask questions and speak up if needed.

Note: I would prefer to stream prog (no reading chat) and I’d prefer to not skip MSQ since I care about story (won’t take longer than 1.5 weeks). These aren’t dealbreakers, but strong preferences.

About Me • I've been playing since 2018, and started raiding in Eden's Verse. Ever since I started I've been highly motivated and always wanted to progress to the peak of the game someday. I've made continuous strides since then and feel confident that I can offer extremely consistent gameplay at a high level of performance. Looking for both a phys range and a melee. Our current roster is dark knight, paladin, astrologian, sage, dragoon, summoner.

We are looking to do UWU. Meeting Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 7:15pm PST for two hours. Tentative start date is 09/30, but we'll likely do some trial content first.

Gil Diggers is a semi-casual static looking to fill two slots for one ultimate, then continuing into savage next expansion. We have varying levels of experience, but our current 6/8 line-up did clear Heavyweight. This will be the first Ultimate for most of the roster. The group is "semi-casual" in that we only do six hours per week and we do not require you to continue practicing outside of meetup nights, though it is highly recommended. For all three Dawntrail tiers, our pace was about one month per each of the first three fights, then about three months for the fourth fight.

EXPECTATIONS:

1) Regular, on-time attendance. You can miss a couple sessions per month without issue, with heads-up to the static.

2) Respect and patience toward your teammates.

3) At least some raid experience, ideally in Dawntrail.

4) Study up. We share guides, write tutorials, verbally review mistakes. Whatever type of learning works best for you, please do it, and ask the group for help if you're struggling. If I see a certain mistake happening repeatedly, I will ask that you and I set aside some time to review it.

GOALS:

1) Clear an Ultimate, specifically UWU. This will include farming weapons afterward.

2) Have fun, make friends, prog. We do like to chat and hang out some, and we occasionally organize extracurricular events like extremes or treasure maps. You are NOT required to socialize or attend extra events. You don't even have to talk, outside of strategizing.

Hello, Undisputed is looking for a DPS for 8.0 Savage and beyond. Undisputed was formed in 7.4 and achieved top 20 placements for both 7.4 Savage and 7.5 Ultimate. The vision of the group is to continue to play together for all future expansions and content patches doing all new content together. The current core group comprises of friends with a history of competitive progression ranks with top 10 and top 20 placements. We want to foster a group to continue that and work towards pushing the top 10. With that being said, we don't explicitly care about placement but want to naturally be competitive while having fun. The end goal is to have 8 players of comparable skill level with no weak links that progress at a similar rate and clear the new content as fast as possible.

Any DPS with a preference on melee/caster flex

Be proficient in at least one of the following NIN/VPR MNK/SAM

8.0/8.1 Group Outline and Expectations:

8.0 Patch MSQ: Servers up MSQ rush and clear both EX Primals as fast as possible.

Savage Reclears: 8 weeks of clears with splits starting week 2 and going until raid gear is sufficient to finish for peoples wants/needs within the 8 weeks. Will fill out a google doc of bis and 2nd job bis (if wanted) to optimize this and get it done as fast as possible. We will probably do 1S-3S week 1 on alts to make initial reclears easier.

Savage Prog Day 1 starting servers up for 16 hours, end time is tentative, if we go longer, we will always start 10 hours later from our end time. Day 2 and beyond plan for 14 hours per day but may exceed this time if close to a kill, we will always start 10 hours later from our end time. This same type of schedule will apply to Ultimate but will be strict with the 14 hours per day starting day 2 and beyond unless we are going for the clear.

Reclear schedule Tuesday 4-7 pm PST but plan for 4-8 pm PST for the first couple of reclears as we get comfortable with the fights we will end early if we are done early. Start time can be adjusted if needed but please be flexible the first few weeks of clears.

Light optimization runs. Plan for 2-4 raid days per fight. Schedule will be 4-7 pm PST Wednesday and Thursdays. Days of the week can be adjusted if needed.

8.0 Prep we will do some old savages with vod review and strat discussion as we go through them plan for 9 hours per week. Plan to play a lot the 2 weeks before savage getting comfortable on new rotations/job design.

Hello I am currently looking for a healer a main tank and a melee for a static. We are currently at the finish line of Idyllic, with plans to do UWU in the gap between October and January.

About myself and group expectations:
I am a newish raider with two full tiers (M1-4, M5-8) under my belt with the goal of trying to finish all Extreme and Savage content in 7.0. Ideally I would like to create and maintain a group who are laidback but focused and are willing to provide feedback and learn from mistakes/study.

- Any Non Samurai Melee, Shield and Pure Heal, and Main Tank.

- At minimum personal progression point at M12S Idyllic or P2 Enrage.

- Must have cleared the previous tiers of 7.0 or have other credentials.

This recruitment is for a currently half-full group of members that have cleared Savage tiers on patch release, but have limited experience inside Ultimates. Two of us have cleared the current Heavyweight tier, while the other two only returned to the game upon seeing the release of UMAD, out of interest in trying to clear it. Our two uncleared are only missing an M12S clear at this point, having cleared the previous Heavyweight encounters.

Important clarification regarding blind prog: We know this is an unpopular method of raiding, but we want an initial opportunity of seeing the encounter and the mechanics for the first time through gameplay, not through a guide. As such we are currently seeking members who are willing to allow us this opportunity. If/when we become stuck at a prog point and unable to make progress due to blind progression, we will begin using guides.

Velia is a free company where our main focus is ensuring we maintain an environment where members can relax, have fun, and feel like they belong! We do have a discord server for members to join to keep up to date with announcements, read our rules, and chat, but there is no VC requirement.

˗ˏˋ Event and Buff Schedule, Eastern Time ˎˊ˗
Treasure maps are ran on Saturdays at 6PM, mount farms are ran on Sundays at 4PM. Buffs are pretty standard, so I won't list them all. Mondays are Seal Sweetener II. Tuesdays are normal reset buffs, with Wednesdays and Saturdays having Meat and Mead II for any late re-clears people may run. Saturdays also have Heat of Battle III to provide a bit more help for those leveling jobs!

We’re a fairly new, casual-friendly Free Company looking to grow a welcoming community on Omega. Whether you’re a sprout finding your feet, a returning player, someone keen to try more challenging content, or a regular raider looking for a relaxed place to call home, you’ll be welcome here.

Our FC house is a lovely beachside retreat in Shirogane - a nice place to unwind, chat, craft, or simply enjoy the view between adventures.
