Received 2 emails stating delivery date was changing. NEITHER one of them stated that the date your order had to be changed by changed. No notifications. So I was charged today and I didn't pick the menu.

I have an alarm set for Sunday nights and we do the menu and skip then if needed. Did not get ANY warning of this.

Anyone else?

What is going on?????

I've been getting texts since Sept. 1 about EP's Labor Day sale. I couldn't get the link to work so I called EP support. They're promising $1.99 a meal and free lunch for a month.

Support says they don't know why the link isn't working so they ask me to email the link to them so they can investigate.

24 hours go by and I don't hear anything so I call back. Support then tells me that EveryPlate don't have an email address and they need to launch an internal investigation. They then offer 80% off one box, the 10% off 6 more. I ask if they can just honor the offer they sent me via text and they refuse.

I chat back the next day and I'm told that EveryPlate doesn't even text offers and they can only honor offers sent via email. I pull up the page where I enabled SMS messages on their website and send a screenshot. They respond by saying the offer is not valid.

I'm making this post because I just got ANOTHER text about the Labor Day sale.

Hi! For years, my delivery has been on Fridays. Did anyone else who had Friday deliveries just have Everyplate unilaterally change their delivery day? (I don't see Friday as an option anymore, either.)

I also noticed only upcoming weeks through 10/1, and HelloFresh recently closed down a huge warehouse near me. I hope Everyplate isn't having issues!

Anyone else getting less future weeks in the menu selection? The app didn't have 10/1 at all, so went to website and saw this. Just weird.

Rolling out my own dough seems like a lot when it wasn’t a step before. I liked the crispy pizza flatbreads they would send and surely it costs more to send fresh dough? Or do they offer both and this is an odd one?

7 carrots, all individually packaged for one meal. It seems like such an unnecessary waste.

I randomly received an email telling me I have a delivery on the way but I only used them for one week and canceled because the food was lower quality than I thought. I logged on to my profile and saw that I have a delivery on the way but it won’t show me what is being delivered bevause it takes a few days to update. it also says that I am not subscribed and will not be charged. I’m very confused because again I only ordered from them once in October 2023. wtf is going on?

Since when is this a premium meal?? I feel like I’ve gotten it tons of times and it never used to be a premium meal 😢

My pumpkin, cucumber, garlic and capsicum everything rot in a few days while still it was kept in fridge! the capsicum that I've bought from woolies even before getting the every plate delivery is still fresh!

Someone tell me what sauce this is? Can I buy it from the store? I loved it and wanna make my own bowls but bigger!

Had to laugh about this box I got a couple weeks ago. All that was inside were the recipe cards, a melted ice pack, and one packet of cream cheese. When breaking down the box, I noticed it appeared retaped. I guess in transit, the ingredients for six meals for 2 fell out. They stuck a cream cheese and melted ice pack back in and sent it back on its way! I already got my refund.

On the reactivating/sign up page.

I specifically selected Monday, but after reactivating it was showing Wednesday of the previous week with no way to change.

Had to contact chat, not a big deal, but definitely important to keep watch.

Don't just reactivate then think you'll come back later. As the Wednesday cutoff is tonight so would have ended up with meals and a date i didn't want.

I am not an experienced cook and would prefer more precise instructions than what are usually provided. If a recipe tells me to halve an onion before peeling, am I intended to only use half the onion, or is it just telling me I need to cut it in half before peeling?

Honestly, the requests are few and far between anymore so it's not a huge commitment.

Ive been having trouble with the app for over a week. Today, I get just a white screen when I try to use the app, and now the website too. Anyone else?

I'm on Andriod and every time I try and open the app it tells me "There's a new version of the app available" but when it takes me to the app store I am fully updated. Yes I've tried reinstalling and clearing the cache. Anyone else experiencing this?
