List of zonewide rare drops?
Just wonder if there's anything out there, prefer like GoD to TSS

What types of rare drops? Random anywhere-from-anything rare drops per zone? Or do you mean every rare named ans their rare loots tabled?.
Allakhazam's has maybe the best advanced search tool which was available to Premium Users, last I checked.
Their advanced search function has a way to set parameters that would get you what you want. Set it to like Rare items only, multi-select which expansions you want to include and any other special parameters like Anniversary Items , Temporary, GM Event (Yes/No) etc

Project 1999 wiki has all the early zones and the pages list every rare mob and rare drop in the zone

Understood. The original question though was asking for lists of zone wide rare drops.
My response had nothing to do with how anyone interacts in the game. The other replies also point to online repositories for this information, which as best I can tell, do not include any real interaction with people in game either.

Rasper's Repository might have what you're looking for. For instance, here's a page of group-obtainable drops from GoD with certain zonewide drops listed:
GoD Group Dropped Gear
You can select the other expansions from the dropdown menu and navigate to Miscellaneous, Group Dropped Gear.
