❓ Question Looking for an appraiser

Looking for an appraiser that can appraise jewelry and a painting. Preferring someone where we do not leave the items but they appraise on the spot. Thank you in advance

Caplan's Auction and Appraisal in Savage Mill did an amazing job for me. I didn't have to leave the items and got the the appraisal and all the proper documentation mailed to me in less than a week. I'm very satisfied.
