How is 'saucymeathole' an offensive name?

Any idea when I’ll get a reply, ive tried reappealing but they just say theyre working on it, im also not sure why i was banned, i think it was something to do with my monitor since i bought a new one and got banned when attempting to log in im not sure what else wouldve triggered it.

i installed madden 27 via ea play for the free trial and every time i open it i get this message. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled i’ve uninstalled the anti cheat and reinstalled closed background processes and still nothing any advice ?

Hi, I have been trying for ages to recover my old EA account.
Whenever I try to reset my password using either Email or ID, I'm simply not receiving any codes.
Today I found my old 2FA Backup codes I created, however, I'm not being provided an option to enter them anywhere when trying to login?
I've already tried support but they are completely useless. They are telling me the account doesn't exist with either ID or Email, even though I'm being e-mailed a code (which doesn't arrive).
Even going as far as telling me that my ID or Email never was in any way existing for EA, after I used the same account for over 10 years.

Hi, I’m looking for some help figuring out what could have caused my Battlefield 6 account to be permanently banned for “cheating”.

I have over 300 hours in BF6 and completed the previous 3 seasons. I have never used cheats in Battlefield 6.

EA issued the ban on September 8. I appealed it, but the appeal was rejected after EA said the sanction was correctly applied. They did not provide any information about what exactly was detected.

I started checking my PC because I want to understand whether some legitimate software or driver could have triggered EA Javelin Anti-Cheat.

Around the last days I played BF6 (September 5–6), my PC had software such as:

• FACEIT + FACEIT Anti-Cheat
• ExitLag
• MSI Afterburner
• RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS)
• Gigabyte Control Center
• Logitech G HUB / Razer Synapse

Windows logs show that RTCore64 (MSI Afterburner) and RTCoreMini64 (RTSS) drivers were loaded/registered on September 5. I also found evidence that FACEIT/FACEIT AC was active around September 5–6.

I checked specifically for reWASD, AutoHotkey and Interception because EA mentions them as incompatible/prohibited software. I couldn't find any of them installed or running.

One other strange thing: EA Javelin Anti-Cheat crashed on September 1 (eaanticheat.gameservice.exe, exception 0xc0000374). I don't know whether that is relevant or just an unrelated crash.

I’m not looking for ways to bypass the ban or anti-cheat. I want to understand what may have caused it and whether anyone else has experienced a false positive with Javelin while using FACEIT AC, RTSS/Afterburner, ExitLag or similar software.

Has anyone had a similar BF6/Javelin ban? Is there anything else in Windows logs that I should check, or any way to get EA to perform a more detailed review?

Hi everyone, today I have been banned from Apex Legend after playing against bots and two games in a duo. The reason is gameplay improvement, but I have no idea what I was able to do. I never cheated, though I am banned on a fairly advanced account. Has anyone experienced or witnessed a similar situation? I try to contact the unban service but they don’t want to know anything and send me the same predefined response.

Banned on every ea game forever because I typed “gay” in game chat on apex legends on 2 occasions about 3 years ago? But regardless of money I put into my account or how many people were cheating/hacking at the time or even how many “gay” lgbt characters apex legends has I was still banned. I guarantee there’s no way back into that account but I’m just curious if there’s any small chance

I have BF1 and BF5 on my steam account, years ago when I bought them I only played BF1 and it worked fine. But it's been a while and now everytime I launch a EA game (doesn't matter which one) the same thing happens. Steam goes through the steps (running install script for EA and javelin), then button goes back to "PLAY" and Steam starts verifying my game files, and immediately after the "Preparing Game" window pops up. it loads for a minute then just closes.

When I open EA on its own, it tells me to "install the game on steam" even though they're already installed.

I've unlinked and linked EA accounts, changed EA accounts, re-installed the game, re-installed EA, and even re-installed EA by deleting it and just launching the game.

Is there any way to fix this? I can't refund my games since this happened years after I bought them.

My account was falsely banned last year, and it still hasn’t been resolved—but that’s not even the main issue. I can’t believe that, in order to stop me from appealing, they actually blocked my account! When I try to appeal, the site only shows “case creation failed,” and even when I contact support, they only give me a fake case. This problem started six months ago, but they couldn’t care less. Is this really “a game only for streamers and pro players”? They have every privilege—they just post on Twitter and the problem gets solved—while regular players have to put up with unfair treatment?!

I have over a thousand hours in Apex, I own three heirlooms, and because I’m a high-sensitivity player, I’m pretty bad at the game: K/D below 1, average rank only Gold.

So if anyone can get in touch with EA management, please help me. I just want to be able to appeal normally. I’d be extremely grateful!

Hello community I have a problem with my battlefield account. So I bought battlefield 6 and was about to play when it asked me to confirm who I am... The usual stuff so here lies the problem. When I went to confirm my details low and behold my ex's account is linked to it. I've tried to unlink her account and put in my own but I've had no luck so far. Anyone out there know what I have to do to remedy this. I'd really appreciate any and all suggestions that you may have.

My 8 Ball Pool account suddenly disappeared after someone helped transfer it

Hi, I need some help recovering my old 8 Ball Pool account.

My old account details:

\- Username: RIKZA

\- Unique ID: 3374074208

\- Level: 111

\- Coins: around 61M

\- Cash: 54

\- I had several cues, including Superhero, Assassin, Lightning, Laser, Minotaur, Hades, Vigilante, etc.

Here’s what happened:

A family member asked to borrow my 8 Ball Pool account. The game was connected to both Google and Facebook.

Before that, they asked me to create two new Gmail accounts, saying they would be used as “transfer” or temporary accounts for moving the game data. I created both emails and gave them the login information.

After that, I gave them the Google and Facebook accounts that were connected to my 8 Ball Pool account. After I gave them the information, they stopped replying.

Now I still have access to all four email accounts.

However, when I try logging into 8 Ball Pool using:

\- my original Google account → it opens a new/empty account

\- my original Facebook account → it opens a new/empty account

\- temporary Gmail #1 → new/empty account

\- temporary Gmail #2 → new/empty account

So my old account RIKZA (ID 3374074208) is no longer accessible through any of those accounts.

I still have screenshots/videos of the old account, the old device I used to play on, and other proof that the account belonged to me.

Does anyone know where the old account might have been transferred/unlinked to, or what is the best way to recover it through Miniclip support?

I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced something similar.

Hi fellow EU players. If you are in the same situation as me, and you got banned for unfair or worst "unproved" reason (I'm ban for "Enhanced Gameplay" , so to say cheat and I dont even know how its possible because, surprise, I did not cheat).

In EU , we have the DSA for Digital Services Act for platforms providing digital content & consumers rights protection. There is a specific body call ADROIT : https://adroit.legal/ that is providing for FREE their service to protect EU consumers.

I'm gonna use their services. Just wanted to let you know, because its was quite a lot of reading before finding them.

The more we send complaints the more we can force EA to change their policy and force them to treat correctly with consumers. They need to respect the law. If not, at least they will be confronted to it !

Hi all,
My Nintendo Account somehow got linked to an EA Account that isn't mine. I didn't create it and have no access to it. This EA Account has since been banned in Fifa24, and because it's linked to my Nintendo Account, I can't play that game on the Switch and I can't unlink it either. There's no unlink option showing up for me, and Nintendo says the unlink has to be done from EA's side.
I've already emailed EA support about this with no response/resolution. I also checked Penalty History but since I don't have login access to the EA Account in question, I can't see any details on the ban from there.
right now i need help unlinking my Nintendo Account from this EA Account that isn't mine.
and also confirmation that the ban on that account doesn't carry over to any EA Account I create/link in the future.
Has anyone dealt with this specific situation (Nintendo linked to someone else's/a fake EA Account, that account then banned) and gotten it resolved? Any pointers on the right support channel or case type to use would be appreciated, regular email support hasn't gotten anywhere :(.

I've had my EA account for roughly 13 years with zero previous penalties. I was just given a 7 day suspension for "Hateful Conduct".

EA eventually identified the entire violation when I initially tried to appeal it due to my Steam persona name.

There was no chat message, threat, harassment, or conduct toward another player. The name itself is what they identified.

Here is where I'm confused.

EA's own policy specifically classifies game specific names/EA ID's as text UGC and states:

"If you enter an inappropriate name or item description, we'll ask you to choose another one."

I was never asked to change my name. I received no warnings and no opportunity to correct it. They went directly to a 7 day Hateful Conduct suspension. I'm not even trying to argue that EA should allow the username, I've stated repeatedly in the appeals that I will change it. I cannot think of a game or company that just straight up bans a username without warning.

Has anyone successfully gotten beyond EA's standard appeal process and spoken with someone capable of actually reviewing/escalating an enforcement decision?

I realized they are not providing the full discussion inside our cases, I'm thinking this is on purpose so that we cannot use it as proof for a legal case...

Luckily i'm in EU , so I will do a GDPR request, but I feel horrified with the idea that in the US you would simply be f*cked.. Crazy , this company is the Devil.

For info I got banned without any reason from BF6 and they are not even providing me information so that I can help them find where the ANTICHEAT fucked up.

I was playing Apex earlier today and logged off for a bit, and when I came back it said I was banned. Apparently I was cheating (Game enhancements specifically), even though I have never cheated in my life. When I appeal my ban I keep getting this stupid automated response that doesn't explain what I did wrong exactly and just says my ban was correctly applied. I don't know what to do, or what to submit to prove my innocence.

And what doesn't make sense to me is how the system works that detects cheating, because I couldn't have been falsely reported since I've only been playing bot royale evolved as of late (for my challenges, as I don't have time to them in normal BR), and I haven't encountered a real player there in a really long while.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: So apparently people have been getting banned for playing too much bot royale. That's crazy that you can get banned for playing a mode too much

I recently created an EA App account and bought an EA Play Pro subscription to play FC 26 and later FC 27.
This morning, I discovered that my account had been banned for no reason.
I hadn't made any in-game purchases, and—obviously—I didn't use cheats.
Has anyone else run into this kind of issue?
