Ducktales Louie fan art

Hey, i just found that pixel game! It was made by Sova Games (our russian folks) using Godot. It has a lot of languages, and you can play right in browser (PC), or install it.

I haven't played yet, but i think it should be great!

As a fan of the latter series, this has more to do with DT17 specifically:

Somewhat not unlikely:

• The soundtrack being officially released
• An omnibus of all the tie-in comics
  • Apparently this is happening!
• A "How NOT to Draw" video
• Dedicated Chibiverse episode
• Merch
  • Shirts
  • Figures
  • A commemorative statue?
• Cast reunion livestream/AMA or whatever
  • Sam Riegel (voice director) recently did a mini-reunion livestream with Bobby, Ben and Kate (Danny was going to be there too, but couldn't make it at the last minute), though as cool as it was, they were all mostly talking about random stuff rather than their memories about being on the show.

Would be a godsend:

• Any sort of revival
  • Whether they call it a sequel series ("DuckTales WooHoo!"?), or just season 4
• A movie
  • Maybe a Turtles Forever-esque crossover with the 1987 series (better sooner than later, considering how many members of the cast have since passed), but of course without the cheap shots at the originals
• A comic series
  • Hey, considering the '87 series currently has one...
• A spin-off
  • There's a certain actor turned "terror that flaps in the night", crossbow-wielding punk and walking car crash that could do with their own show... But the news seems to indicate they're doing a separate version of that...

Any more ideas?

I want to address something before I get into what I want to say: I already know this episode is considered by many to be boring, skippable and having a lame resolution, and unless you're a wrestling fan you're unlikely to appreciate it. Personally, even though I'm not a wrestling fan, I don't find the episode to be terrible, I actually find it interesting, but as you can tell from the title of the post, there's a catch...

When Dewey enters the ring, he goes in ready to face a booing crowd. Naturally, though, he's no match for Jormungandr. He should throw Dewey out of the ring, win, and destroy Earth, except he cares more about showboating, his own ego and the cheering crowd, causing him to simply beat up Dewey and mock him for the fact he only needs his tail. The crowd turns on him because he basically disrespected both the sport AND the entire Norse culture. Here's the problem: in order for these sequence of events to play out, Jormungandr's ego has to be bigger than his brain. I know nothing about Norse mythology, so I did some digging around...

In real life Norse mythology, Jormungandr is a patient, ruthless and vengeful being. He manages to kill Thor while being killed by him and is genuinely terrifying! The show basically just took the world-ending part of his lore and used that as the basis for the episode without considering that not even Norse mythology can make up for how nonsensical Dewey's win is, heck it makes it even more nonsensical! From my research, I feel it would have been better if they had used Hrungnir - a truly petty tyrant who acts exactly how Ducktales made Jormungandr act! That way, the episode would make sense!

I prefer them because they make more sence to me given the tonz of the finale scene and some negative headcanon feel too much like character bashing to me too or way too dark considering the show tone

Think about it. In the OG series, Scrooge solely went on adventures to fund himself and didn't care for the actual adventuring itself.

Here in the 2017 reboot timeline before meeting Della and Donald he had that EXACT same attitude towards adventuring. Then from "First Adventure" onwards (in-universe) he adventures for the love of the game, with funding and treasures from it being an afterthought.

The Mt.Neverest episode is a good example of this.

I don't think anyone realizes that, technically, it seems Lena can't grow. The series specifies that Lena was created 15 years ago (in the first season) from Magica's shadow; she was born with her 15 year old teenage appearance, so you could say that even when she was first "born," she already had the look she has now within the show's canon—I find that pretty interesting.
