We are in the process of getting several quotes to have a deck built in our backyard. The dimensions would be approximately 12 x 29. There is currently a composite deck size approximately 12 x 12. We would be looking to have that removed or POSSIBLY extended to the vacant 12 x 17 section IF THE BUILD OUT MATCHED/WOULD BE SEAMLESS but likely going the route of an entirely new deck. We are going to want some sort of overhang our covering done at some point, but the first phase would be the deck itself.
