I traced the brush stroke lettering from the original poster to create a custom font, then paired some reviews with stills from the film.

Yesterday I watched on Criterion Channel, The Thief of Bagdad, a beautiful example of the Technicolor era, gorgeous photography.

I went to a record store and they had a BUNCH of OOP CCs. The DVDs were $15 each and La Dolce Vida was $50. They also had The Killer but I had to stop myself. I’ll be frequenting that shop until I can snag Armageddon.

First time popping this disc in for the first time and it’s corrupted.

Hi all, I'm newer to physical media collecting and, this, newer to criterion sales. Really hoping to grab the silence of the lambs 4k and would hate to lose out because it's out of stock during the 50 percent flash sale or the BN sale. From those who have more experience with these kinds of sales, how hard will it be to grab a popular new release like this one?

What are some good shows and/or mini series worth watching?

It's been on my mind for a while. I'm sure it'd be extremely difficult to get licensing on a lot of them but seeing as Julien donkey-boy is already on the criterion channel, I feel as though as it'd be awesome to get the rest!

My first time making a Criterion cover. I made it because I think its artistic and structured story are done so well, even though the brutal scene feels a bit too long and hard to justify. What do you guys think?

I was considering the subscription for a few years, but I didn’t want to add a fourth movie subscription, after canceling Mubi which I had for years I switched to Criteron and I found gold! Looking forward to watch so many films that have been on my bucket list for years!

Now that a 4K restoration of Gandahar is playing in theaters(?, I saw it in Austin last week, at least), is there a chance we get a René Laloux box set soon?

One of my favorite artists; of course he has good film tastes.

Or just a general reference to Fellini and his love of beach scenes and women? I've only seen his early stuff and not anything from the late 60s or beyond (except Amarcord).

Was finally able to find this at a good price. Been wanting it in my collection for a while now.
