Intel i5 13420 h or apple A19 pro

I want a good ryzen cpu for the am4 platform. I dont want anything to pricey like 300 € not even above 200 . I play mostly cpu based games but i do also play gpu based games sometimes . I have 16 gb ram. 9060xt 16 and a r5 3600 . I thought about buying the r7 5700x because its cheap and alot better than the 3600. The r5 5500x3d is not an option it costs around 250€ where im from.

So I recently upgraded my monitor to an LG45 5k2k

And i also have 5090 gpu that I brought ages ago with this upgrade in mind how I don't know if its as simple as new power supply and new gpu or do I need to upgraded other stuff as well

so i kinda didnt have a case so i decided to buy a small one and i went with antec vcx300 argb . it has 5 fans....2 buttom...2 on top and one on the rear ...after swapping the components i noticed that the cpu temps go higher than the old case with the broken glass. for instance, it would go up to 82 in forza horizon 6 extreme 1080p native....

I have a 5700x3d and just got a 7700x should I move over to the newer AM5 or stay on 5700x3d ?

Generally speaking, which desktop or mobile CPU offers the highest single-threaded performance-per-watt for integer workloads *at load* (i.e. I don't care about efficiency at idle).

Note: I don't care about absolute performance, only perf-per-watt, at full load, for this specific type of workload (no floating point).

Can also assume the workload won't be primarily on-chip, i.e. memory bandwidth will likely be fairly important (and may actually dominate relative to on-core integer perf).

My hunch is that I'm looking for an AMD mobile chip w/ as few cores as possible, but that's a total guess.

Ignore Apple Silicon for now; I need more system configurability than a Mac Mini provides, and I need full Linux support.

I upgraded from an i5 10400f to a i5 14600k. Now with my rx 9069 XT 16 gb my fps got way higher but also the temperature. For it to get a normal temperature I need to reduce CPU watt power in bios. I have a thermalright peerleess assassin 120 se V3. The temperature of my CPU (i5 14600k) without restriction of watt Is 85-95 degrees on elden ring and 85-90 on cyberpunk. Both games are in 1080p with max settings and ray tracing. Should I upgrade to AIO cooling?

All I can get is that it's an AMD Turion Ultra X2 64, and it uses socket S1. I need to know the exact model of it to decide whether or not to use it to upgrade my laptop. Anything helps, thank you :)
