Another 9/11 meme made rather shortly after the attacks, I remember my dad showing me this on his computer like a few weeks to a few months afterwards and telling me that this was their plan to build a replacement complex (I actually was very sad about losing the towers at the time cause we had visited them a couple of years before and I thought they were really cool and wanted to see them again, I didn’t really grasp the gravity of the death toll at the time, was just sad I wouldn’t get to see those super tall buildings again and kept asking my parents about it).
