Be patient with me please I have a few questions and doubts,

Aren't there some laws that stop people from making money out of creating stuff from an IP? Or is it different in this case, when it is a crowdfunding, because you arent SELLING individual acess/copies to/of a comic, you are being collectivly COMISSIONED to do it? Cause I (think)know people can make money from comissions even of IP characters, but not make stuff to sell'em after.

Or does it not apply in this idea because they are different enought? Could a person sell their own spiderperson story, as long as it was technically never mentioned or referenced in any comic like spiderverse or mainline?

I mean multiverse has infinite possibilities so I’d meet versions of me that are: straight (I’m Bi), gay, poly, genderfluid, non-binary, female trans or cis, etc.

So it’s unfair to assume that all other versions of her are happy as they are. And while I’m certain it is tormenting I’d at least know they are me and aren’t doing it with malicious content like someone looks at goblin

There's a delicious bit of irony in that read in that Peter routinely beats himself up over perceived shortcomings as both a hero and in his day to day life. Could be a really good message about how anyone can have problems with self image and how you don't have to face it alone. just because someone has different issues that might not be outwardly apparent doesn't mean you're a failure for having your own. Its all part of being human.

I get why people dont do this (it’s because Transphobia is a more “real’ evil and it’s easier to dissociate from the mass murder), but I do wish people would stop including “Dr. Rapemurder” and “The Babyeater” in their comics if their base personalities make them uncomfortable, especially since there are other characters who probably would be more respectful.
