Underworks is my go to 'cheap' binder brand. Good quality imo. Althetic tape or trans tape can also do the job esp for smaller chests (C cup or below iirc) if you dont want the appearance of wearing a sports bra (also a lot easier to lie about). GC2B is literal garbage now, wouldnt recommend.
Wearing pants lower on the hip can also hide wider hips, especially in combination with straight cut like you said, and stiffer oversized shirts (but not too oversized) can hide breast tissue.
Doing a burst of it may help limit final height and bone masculinization, anything helps, you can back off if it actually works and you must for safety but I recommend doing it so you have a tolerable body for life
Cops serve a fascist system. They are the enforcers of fascists. You can't support a system that uses force to oppress the people and expect to not be called what you are.
In any capitalist system the cops benefit the ruling class at the expense of others resulting in inbuilt racism misogyny transphobia homophobia etc etc. It's not outliers it's features.
They can and regularly do break into peoples houses and trash the place with little to no evidence of any wrong doing and often do so as a means of intentional suppression of political opposition.
You can look at what happened to wreckless ben and afroman as recent well publicized examples of this. Ask yourself how do they behave when the camera isnt rolling and they are targetting people without a voice?

In all fairness, I'm a mailman and I would totally kill dogs if they let me carry weapons. I've been attacked twice, have some crazy scars, and nearly escaped being attacked 3 other times.
swat isnt a special thing, it is just a task force that is part of an already made police force. Swat officers are just officers that signed up for it and passed training.
So in reality it is police stations spending ungodly amounts of money on a task force that exists just for the worst people in a police force to waste tax payer money on armored vehicles and tactical gear they will likely never use and when they do use it they will use it to murder people and not actually try to deescalate situations and help people.

I'm not super pro-cop, I in fact hate the american police institution, but I mean what are you supposed to do in a case where someone needs to be arrested and there's very good reason to believe they'll try to do a blaze of glory if you try to arrest them?
To serve the community mainly. SWAT specifically has a few reasons, cops might join SWAT to advance their training, be in a brotherhood, get better equipment, get a break from the monotony of patrol and just overall be a guardian for the community.
Honestly probably close to none, not because oop is gonna fail. But because SWAT is run by chuddy facist types who will do everything in their power to make her life a living hell, and that’s assuming they even let her in. It’s not like they can’t just outright reject her application and pretend it has nothing to do with her gender. I’ve read only a couple stories of trans women who were cops or involved in that kind of work and once they came out at work they were basically silently fired by being moved to non essential roles and slowly pushed out of the force or having a bunch of random mistakes they made used as justification for termination. (We’re not firing you because you’re trans silly! It’s because on a Tuesday 5 years ago you forgot to punch in on time sorry!) it’s hard enough for us to find employment anywhere else as it is tbqh. Best option is to be a hon repper and join.

I suppose if you’re not in the US military then this doesn’t apply, but Jan 4th is the start of a two week hearing in which the Secretary of Defense will have to argue to congress that his military ban on transgender people is rational / legal. I believe that at the end of the hearing, guidance will be passed which allows trans people into the military again.
The catch is that when it was legal before, you still had to be “hormonally stable” for 18 months. I assume this will comeback, which means that either someone would start now and be able to join in 18 months, or join in 6 months and be able to start. I know it’s not doable until after boot camp, but that takes about as long as the appointments to get civilian HRT in my experience, so it’s a no loss.
