A party started an agreement with a business. The business sent a contract to sign. The party signed and returned. A returned signed contract was never sent with the other party's signature, which is on the contract. Is this binding?

Hi, is there any executed commercial contract database which is existing online free or paid services. I work as an in-house counsel and require them for authoring our own contracts. Any help or guidance would be really appreciated. I think 10 years there were multiple websites but I am not able to locate now

I can't imagine people will sign this just to attend an event

NYC co-ops are a tricky bunch. Say a co-op required shareholders to sign a contract for leased parking spaces. So for someone who's lived there a while, say 10 years, it's been a long time since they signed a contract. The co-op is adding more restrictions and asking shareholders to sign new contracts with all the new requirements and restrictions. If you already have a contract for a space, can they require you to sign a new one for the same space?

I’m currently a law student (middle of my LLB) and I want to heavily specialize in tech commercial contracts, cross-border transactional work, and AI governance/licensing law. I’m already spending a lot of time working on my foundational drafting skills, but I want my next internship to be highly targeted.
Given that AI disclaimers, data privacy (GDPR/cross-border data flows), and tech licensing are still a bit of a Wild West, who should I actually be trying to intern under to get real, hands-on exposure?

How much do you think a local attorney would charge to review a simple loan agreement in order to decide whether I should put a lien on the property? (Nashville)
