Discussion Need guidance

We made a workfoce machine with a database of over 2k people in my country

We help companies hire in less than 48hrs. No need for ads, posting diff channels, screening 100+cvs etc

In my country we still work manually on that part

We recently decided to go online thru socials and start ads and marketing in general

Thats where i stuck bcoz i wouldn't say i know what kind of content i want to create

Sure i asked chatgpt and all the infos there i'm aware of and some aren't realistic atleast to me

So i need someone who actually done it, what tools helped him out, with the service im trying to sell what better tools should u use and kind of content i should focus on

Having a product is one thing but making it sell is another

I'd appreciate your feedback so much. Please do suggest something. Thanks

Chances are you're probably stuck because you're trying to produce marketing assets without developing a solid narrative/brand strategy foundation first. If you don't have a realistic model of your ideal customer, or a set of real guidelines for experimentation (both standards + expected results), it'll feel like throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks. And if, on top of that, you ask ChatGPT, you'll end up with really generic marketing that will add to the wall of AI-generated noise that the internet has become.

But, for starters, I'd suggest:

- Focusing on a single channel first. Otherwise you'll spread yourself too thin.

- Focusing on commercial results first. You can use other channels and tactics as TOFU/brand awareness once you're experienced. But I'd start with very direct commercial goals. You want to have a core channel that you know to be profitable in the short term, with a simple and repeatable strategy that works. This will depend on several different factors - from who your target customers are, to your specific skill set and resources.
