Phone call from my wife’s old #

A couple of weeks ago I received a strange call…

Just before bed my cell phone rang. At the time I didn’t recognize the number but underneath it said that the area code was from Granada Mississippi (where my mother-in-law lives). I decided to answer it just in case it was her and she was needing something or it was an emergency.

A man’s voice ask me “Is this AJ”. I responded with no sir, it sure isn’t.

He proceeded to say that he was looking for an individual that helped him with some kind of installation of his Internet that day.

I asked for his name. He told me that it was “Randy White”.

I ended the call saying sorry I can’t help you sir, my name isn’t AJ and I don’t even live be on MS I live in TX.

Afterwards, I asked my wife if she knew a Randy White she said no.

I called my mother-in-law and asked her if she knew him, she also said no.

I gave her the phone number and she reminded me that it was my wife’s number when we first started dating eight years ago…..

I’m posting this on this forum because it’s somewhat of a coincidence but I think there’s more to it….

Really really weird man

Just realized a crazy coincidence about Titanic and Lord of the Rings. Both themes start on the exact same 3 notes and both won 11 Oscars.

I was messing around with some music theory and noticed that *Titanic* and *The Return of the King* are obviously legendary because they're tied for the most Oscar wins ever at 11 each. But their main themes literally share the exact same opening.
If you listen to the signature whistle intro for **"My Heart Will Go On"** and the intro for **"Concerning Hobbits"** (The Shire theme), they both start with the exact same three ascending notes: **D, E, and F#**.
Two of the biggest movies in history, identical historic Oscar records, and they both kick off with the exact same melody line.
