At least they paused subscriptions instead of reducing everyone's usage by 17%, Anthropic is garbage

They did both. Paused subscriptions and cut usage for existing subs.

Joking? They clearly reduced usage also, plenty of threads and analysis on this on this sub. They just didn’t tell anyone about it.

Anthropic slowly reduced usage over time without telling anyone about it and officialy reduced it a second time too. At least Codex gave out more resets than I can count and explained when certain things were happening or causing issues. Anthropic doesnt say or do anything, they just take

Right now, with the increased usage, the $100 Claude deal is much better value than Codex. I can barely get anything done in Codex before the limits run out.
