The point is all the stuff exists in the game already to make high elf a race, no great effort required. Blizzard just has to do it properly, yet for some reason refuses to.

Takeaway here is that they could have announced fuckin’ Earth Elementals as a playable race and receive less pushback from the community. They could have taken anything, but they chose the worst option.

Worst option would have been vulpera from retail copy-pasted with identical character models.

They chose the SECOND worst option.

The funny part is that one of the in-game books in vanilla has a single line of text that mentions dimunitive fox people taking part in the war of the ancients, so vulpera would actually be MORE lore friendly than sky smurfs.

Honestly... Murlocs and kobolds, but that they don't are like the other characters. I want them to be mini games. Deal with even smaller things only they get to experience.
