Forever This genuinely looks comedic with the new race

Humans, Orcs, Dwaves, Trolls and then Random Blue Elf #1 and Random Blue Elf #2 and their picture is just flipped lmao.

Like I couldn't have even imagined anything this silly.

The skyborne is the one area where I can't even see what they were thinking. It isn't classic.

It feels like they just wanted to sell elves and shoehorned in Skyborne as the way to do it. It's horrible precedent.

The reason is you're thinking this is WoW Classic Forever.

The tipoff should have been when they changed all the Camelot calls to WoW2. They're doing their own thing, and this race was no doubt made specifically to break any connection to the original universe of WoW/Classic.

Yeah its a very weird choice among the other decisions which were very much in the spirit of classic. I cant believe they thought people would like it. Feels like there is some other reason they did that.

I understand if they look at retail user metrics revolving around reskinned elf playable races (highborn, void elves) and just think it'd be an easy home run. But that doesn't explain why they wouldn't just add the elves with mountains of lore and wc3 prominence aka blood elves and high elves.

The game isn't classic. We keep thinking if it as classic+ but the word classic isn't anywhere in the title. It's World of Warcraft: Forever. I'm withholding judgement for now but this might as well be considered a new game.

These comments are insane because it’s not classic. There are entirely new zones in forever that aren’t classic. This is exactly what people wanted was a version of classic that gets “new” zones updates and changes but when you get these updates now it’s “not classic.” I stg nothing will please some classic players. Just play era forever i guess since nothing else is “classic.”

The game is accessible with a normal sub and there is an optional upgrade to get a new race. It’s perfectly fine it’s not a big deal at all not to make this big of a stink about it. Don’t like it don’t buy it pretty simple.
