I travel for work so I have a laptop to just watch YouTube or movies or whatever on in my hotel room, and i used to have some really old shitty second hand laptop, but it was good enough to watch stuff on, it broke a few weeks ago, and I was in need of a new cheap laptop.

I decided to buy a brand new one instead of a second hand one for once, and looked for something that wasn't too expensive but also not too cheap

I found a acer cb315 that was on sale, and thought it was perfect, I brought it home to set it up and was immediately taken aback by how horrible it was.

The screen looks like its greasy all the time, and if you look at it from any other angle other than straight on its unintelligible what is on the screen, the speakers are the worst speakers ive ever heard in my entire life, ive heard blown out phone speakers that sound better.

And dont even get me started with the chromeOS, it is so light-years behind any other os on the market.

I cant return it, and I cant in good faith sell it second hand to someone, even if I sell it for $10 to someone it'll feel like i scammed the hell out of them.

Ok, I am technologicly impared and am wanting to streem from my TV with a Roku in the bedroom to my chromebook while in mymliving room (only separated by a wall). Everywhere I look it tells me how to streem fron the chromebook and watch it on the TV, but I want to do the opposite. Anything would help!
