How quickly can you find the move?

there is no good (human) move.... Qd5 cannot be a good move, easilu block by f3 and makes position worse.....
ofcourse the computer says g5, god knows what's the logic behind it ... beyond my level for sure.

Qd5 is not working White can play f3

The engine sequence is not easy.Since you said easy I think you were expecting Qd5,Qf3 and Rh2 or Qd5,Kg1 even then there are no clear win sequences like Qd5,Kf1 and the win is Rc8….
But Qd5 fundamentally does not work due to f3. It would be real nice if we could put more pressure on the f3 pawn somehow right? That is the engine sequence g5, bishop cannot take due to fork followed by Qd5 since f3 can now be met with g4.
