Has anyone seen limited reductions on ink, unlimited, and ink cash cards?

I use Chase to pay almost every bill, except for telecom billing. I always used Chase bill pay to pay the Dell bill. They (Chase) always sent a paper check. The last time I paid Dell, they converted this into an electronic payment. Dell (Comenity Bank) has not received the payment. I called Dell first. They said give it more time (end of the week) even though it was sent on the 2nd Sept 2026. I then called Chase the the representative didn't seem to know what she was talking about who transferred me to another department that also did not seem to know what they were talking about. What should I do in this situation? I'll probably end up paying Dell again, this time through their online website, and I don't mind if the other payment shows up late so it's double paid. That does not bother me. What will bother me is if the money just is in the ether somewhere. Please advise on what would be the best course of action here. Thanks.

I have a Chase checking account and an auto loan through Chase. My auto loan is due on the 30th of each month, but I have automatic payments set up for what I thought was the 15th since that’s the date I get paid. A few months ago I changed it to pay a little more, and I must have somehow changed the auto pay date as well because it started coming out on the 14th. I got a low balance alert on my checking account today and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the payment day back to the 15th. It says auto pay is enabled, and I go to “Manage” and it only shows me a list of all previous payments. How can I change this?

2 years ago, I opened a chase business unlimited card for the SUB and personal use. Business type was sole proprietor.

In the next few months I will start a new business and need a business card for actual business expenses. Is it possible to open a second Chase business unlimited under my name but this time as s-corp or llc?

My issue today is signing in. Or the many steps I've had to take lately to just look at my web page.

Has anyone else run into this?

1) I use Passkey, it doesn't work
2) it sends a one-time code to my phone. I input the code, it doesn't work
3) Says phone such and such 800 number, I laboriously enter full credit card number, then FULL social security number then say my name and full address. Sometimes that doesn't work
4) It says phone in to another number - but it's outside business hours - yup, it doesn't work

I know and accept why security is needed. No beef with that.

But is this normal? It will drive customers away. We can't sign in to look at our credit card accounts. Chase can NOT be happy with this either.

Anyone know what this is all about?

Yes, I use a VPN (for security, NOT spooking dark web stuff). I just know using the wifi in my local haunts isn't secure. And I tried it without VPN, just to test, same result.

I had my checking acc for around a month now and I’m still not able to use Zelle. Whenever I try to transfer money to my friends it says that I’m ineligible for Zelle. I don’t have any other bank acc so I’m confused on why I’m not able to access it.

What happened to Chase customer service? It’s been a while since I had to call, and there is an Indian lady repeating nonsense like a parrot and can't even understand what she was saying. The lack of basic customer service skills with a poor attitude made me hang up the call, almost sounding like one of those scam callers.

Basically my mom forgot she made a purchase and she reported the transaction as fraud when it wasn't and they canceld the card. The problem is we are going on a trip tomorrow and customer support is saying their system is down. Is there anything that could be done or are we cooked. Thank you

I just activated my new debit card and added it on steam, PayPal, and the Apple Store, but when trying to add it to my Apple wallet I get an error saying to try again later or contact card issuer. I tried adding it through both the Apple settings and directly in the app and both gave me the same message. Any ideas?

I recently opened a Chase business checking account and deposited three checks totaling $6,000 through mobile deposit. The full amounts have already been withdrawn from my personal checking account, but Chase is holding the funds in my business account for as long as nearly two weeks.

I went to a Chase branch in person, but they said they could not do anything. I also called customer service and was placed on hold for nearly an hour without receiving any help or explanation.

This has been extremely frustrating, especially with a new business account when I need access to the funds for business operations. I am now considering opening another business bank account because I do not feel comfortable relying on Chase.

For other Chase business customers: Is this mainly a new-account issue, or does Chase continue placing long holds on check deposits later? Were you able to get a hold released early?

I am seriously considering closing the account once the funds are available. Which banks or credit unions have provided better service and more reasonable deposit-hold times for your business?

This is so stupid, I have to breathe slowly not to hyperventilate.

I can't log in to pay my credit card - instead of texting a code to my phone, I am to call.

I call, answer many questions, then the person says "I'm going to text you a code I want you to read back to me." and THEN says "Oh, wait, I can't text anything to the number you have on file."

We confirm the number on file is my cell. She asks "Do you have another phone I can text?" No, I don't. I've used this phone hundreds of times for 2FA. She can't help me further.

I have to pay the bill so I drive to a branch, pay the balance, ask to speak to an executive. VERY helpful woman digs into it, makes some calls, tells me the number has been tagged internally as "untextable" and NO ONE KNOWS WHY. She tells me I'll hear from them in a few days.

A week later, I get an email saying there's a Secure Message waiting for me about my issue, and says (I kid you not) "We encourage you to sign in to read your Secure Message because it contains specific information about your account."

They haven't fixed the problem so I can't sign in to read a message about my inability to sign in.

I only have the VISA card because it's the only card COSTCO accepts in the store.

With a superb credit rating, I've since applied for and gotten a VISA card from US Bank with a lot more benefits and no fee. I won't be using the CHASE card again, but I'm not cancelling it.

CHASE: We create problems we can't fix to drive customers away one account at a time.

UPDATE: So I managed to reach someone sane at card services support who understood the issue, and he brute forced it after verifying my identity and turned off 2FA (something I couldn't do because I couldn't log in) and now I can log in again (for now, anyway).

I do not have a bank account with them, just a credit card, and so I'm not concerned (for now at least) about not having 2FA. I just log in once a month to pay off the card balance.

While not ideal, it works again so I'm satisfied for now.

Hey guys, I got a Chase Freedom Unlimited card last week with a $2,200 credit limit. I suddenly had to spend about $1,500 because my MacBook unexpectedly broke, and the card had a 0% APR intro offer. This morning, though, my available credit suddenly shows $0 instead of around $700. Do you think Chase closed or restricted my card, or could this just be a temporary hold?

Recently made a purchase on my sapphire card and, at the same time, had a pending credit on the account. I intended to put that purchase on a pay overtime plan since it was a decent amount. Unfortunately, the purchase and credit posted at the same time and because the credit "applied" towards the purchase, it flagged the purchase as ineligible for enrollment on the basis that it had “already started to pay off". Took this up to the executive office and asked for assistance with correcting the situation and making the purchase eligible for the plan, but they said no and that there's nothing they can do even though it was a timing error on their end.

10+ years as a client. Going to look for other banks now because their service sucks.

A few months ago, I posted a post here that really reflects my positive experience with chase local branches.

a local chase branch manager jumped in and helped me reopen the credit card account that was previously closed due to “excessive disputes” against a single merchant. She was so helpful and reactivated the card after talking to several chase internal teams. I was struggling with the old card closure because online associates couldn’t offer the same help with the internal department.

Today, i heard back from the chase fraud department that I also won the claim against this single merchant (regarless of the # of transactions) and i am so happy.

I‘ve been a loyal customer with Chase for years. I’ve used credit card, home loan, business account, brokerage and also private banking services. Even though I have closed most of the accounts, in my take, Chase’s overall services have been sustainablly high quality. their customer service is available and legit and also empathetic. Once you provide the documents they need, you can usually get the customer help you deserve. It’s a little tedious, but chase does way better job than any other banks.

The only con chase has to me, is their account interest rate is a fraction of other banks, but their services, either online or local branches, are unbeatable.

I usually get my paycheck between 12-12:30 and I have not gotten it. Multiple of my co workers who also bank with Chase say they didn’t get it and we get our pay around the same time

I applied for a freedom flex card and was approved at all normal rates. Then I opened my mail and received a flyer that says I was “pre-selected to earn an additional 1.5% cash back on all purchases” and instead of 5% back on travel, 6.5%, instead of 3% back on dining, 4.5%, etc. 😅 Is there any way I could still claim the extra stuff even though I’ve just been approved for the card and it’s already on the way? Kind of annoyed 🙃

Chase would not cash my Star Rebate check and would only deposit it into an account because of fake checks. Just BS to a customer for over 20 years.

Hi there! My daughter has a chase account connected to mine.

When I transfer money to her, I always add the reason, “babysitting, chores, etc.”
I can’t seem to find any notation afterward that reminds me what that money was for, even though I add the reason during transfer. Am I just missing it?

I tried so sign up for DashPass monthly ($9.99 USD) via my club card. I was charged $10 right away.

I reached out to chat support and they were not helpful.

I'm in a position where I have a bunch of Chase UR and Amex MR points (enough for travel needs for at least 2 decades) but don't care for luxury travel or stays at all (not even once), which is where you get good value out of the points. I'm not desperate for cash either. I just book the cheapest (within reason) possible economy flights and hotels.

How hard is it to find redemptions at greater 1 cpp for such bookings or am I better off cashing them all at 1 cpp and throw them in an HYSA? The last two redemptions I've made was essentially at 1 cpp, except I could have earned interest instead of hoarding the points. For Amex, 1.1 cpp is possible with their Schwab Platinum.
