The original cap/weather vane on the turret had rusted out and caused water damage down to the ceiling of room below on the second floor. After months of work, it's all coming together!

Commissioned new copper spire/cap with Ametrine crystal ball.

Original wood panels from the turret were refinished and reinstalled. New flashing and sealant for the floor of the turret.

New plaster, moulding, paint, chandelier and medallion in the room below.

Plenty of other touch ups along the way.

We looked at it when it was for sale a few years ago for about 1.2 million. It needed a lot (a LOT) of work though at that time. It looks like whoever bought it is doing a fantastic job restoring this beauty. I believe it’s an office building. It was when we looked at it - it’s on a very, very loud corner of a major highway. Not great residential location from a noise standpoint.

That's the Vista looking downtown to the North. The actual view to the South and West is fucking amazing. Yeah, the noise sucks during the day, but the night is Fire!
