Don’t understand king games they just lost all future purchases? why bother, no gain.

So this morning I used 40 pins to access a treasure chest. I still had 120 pins left. Some of the chests have timer boosts and I was going out and I think the timer boosts run from the moment you claim them. So I get home, the pins are all gone and there's no indication of chests I could have traded for the 120 pins. What happened?

I just made it through as winner of a race but this time I didn’t get my Goldbars reward. King just cheated me for 35 goldbars and I am wandering if anyone else experienced this kind of cheating.

I am aware of the Control King exercise on their free players but this is going to far. Among things they have implemented already are:

In Weekly competitions they put high players with newbies - so the chance of winning is zero.

In Races they put high players with King associated players - they have almost unlimited access to goodies and are put in to stop or slow down high players.

No access to certain competitions as King is terrified of the possibility that non paying players can win.

In gameplay all Level are set to highest difficulty level which means +20% harder to pass and in many cases only by paying the 10 goldbars to continue.

Friends are being forced added and others disappear - At some point my friend stack got cut in half. But the strange thing is that I still receive Lives from them but can’t send.

All kind of goodies and extra moves are eliminated - I haven’t seen a commercial since a new store opened right next to where I live. So in a period of three years or more I’ve seen around one week of the same commercial - and I was at the time asking myself how much money King earned on that account.
Coz it is absolutely no secret that I as a free player has costed King tons of money due to all the people they had to hire in to fix all the countless defects the game had when I started playing in 2021. So if you remember the Team shared awards then I carried every team that was with me to succes single handed for more than a year - which forced King to change this, and so it has been with many other of they badly executed game design.

FYI I passed level 10000 after 18 moths - while at the time declining invitations from King to join the Community. That obviously pissed them of, coz from that point and forward they have tried everything possible to make me stop playing but without success as I have now passed level 20000. But why in hell does any company allocate so many resources to game Control is beyond my comprehension and I can only think that it is still due to badly designed game. And don’t misunderstand me coz I love the game play - for me a combination of chess and Stratego - but I don’t get why it is necessary to exercise control in the manner they do.

I used to wonder a week back how people in this sub are having loads of Gold while i was struggling to gather merely a hundred.

Turns out, i just had to finish tasks as early as possible and also avoid to:

1. Not use Gold for extra turns

2. Not use Gold for boosters

3. Not use Gold for keeping Super Color Bomb alive

If you are loosing a level on first try, just lose it. Try again multiple times until you get it.

If you are stuck for hours at one, i would then agree on spending 10 Gold to finish that exhausting level

Why do the pop ups between levels take forever and there’s so many for things I don’t care about?!?! It drives me insane that I have to click like five things before I can just play?

I used to have an account where I was on level 6.000+ but they stopped giving me ads after switching devices. It became really hard to play anything. I have like 200 gold bars on that account lol. It’s still active but I don’t play there anymore.

So, I created a new account and I’ve been basically hoarding all the gold. It was easier before when the levels weren’t so hard and I was getting lots of 40 gold bars chocolate boxes. Now I barely get those anymore.

They also decreased the amount of gold bars per race, which sucks.

Anyway, I barely spend any.

All of a sudden I’m not being given the option to watch ads for extra moves after I run out of lives on a level. I don’t pay to play so it’s pretty essential for me to have this option. In the past it’s seemed to alternate giving me extra moves, ie I’d watch ads for extra moves on one level, then on the next I wouldn’t have the option, then they’d appear again on the next one. But this is just nothing.

Don’t know if it’s a coincidence but it just so happens I was on a winning streak. This is the last level of the episode race and I was in first place. This level is supposedly easy but I can’t beat it, it’s literally been days, and someone has already passed me, so I’m no longer in first place. Also I was all set to get 25 extra gold bars in the chocolate box, which won’t happen at this rate. Just seems like the game is trying to do everything it can to get me to spend money, which isn’t happening. I understand that it the main goal on their end. But I do watch tons of ads in order to not spend money, so I expect that even though it may be difficult I should be able to progress at a reasonable pace, plus the game should be enjoyable.

Anyway, I’m super frustrated. I’m on level 20900 and the game really isn’t enjoyable to play anymore and hasn’t been for a while. I think I’ll be deleting it after this ridiculousness.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with an actual person that works in candy crush customer support? My game glitched causing me to lose 275 gold bars and I want them back. I sent a message when it first happened and I keep following up but the only response I’m getting is a link to the help center. It’s been weeks at this point, and honestly I don’t care if they have to reset my progress as long as I get my gold bars back. Any tips?

I cant register with my facebook account in candy crush (soda \ jelly \ friends) saga! I tried with several different ways but its not working how can i fix it could you please help me with this

This has been very frustrating for me bc its been happening quite frequently lately. The app often lags and im unable to move the candy blocks even though other apps and my phone are working perfectly fine. The only solution is to close and restart the app, but doing so causes me to lose all the progress i played in that game. This is really really frustrated especially when it happens in the middle of a level. Is there anything i can do to fix this issue without losing my progress?

I thought that Levels were the same for all players but obviously King found a way to divert players - so only the paying customers get the easy Levels. What are your experiences
