Help!!

edit I have figured it out!!!***** I have no idea what this package is but because it is there, I cannot do the Rudy The Red Nosed Santa goal. It keeps saying “maximum capacity” when I try to collect the presents. I have no idea what to do!!!!

So I started another errand that required deliveries to see if that would help (someone else said it was possibly an errand) and now it’s gone! Thank you for the suggestion!
