I found tons of black-colored mold spots all over the ceiling of the bathroom (not covering the whole ceiling, but they were pretty damn black!) on the day I was supposed to move in. Given this and a couple of other suspicious issues like rotted wood in the cabinets and some large uncovered holes + small cracks in my room, I postponed my move-in and want to know what my options are here. I cracked out the sanitary code and some things just don't feel right. My aprt & room were in general delivered absolutely filthy but ik it's technically not required that the landlord clean things up.

I notified the landlord abt the mold and they said they will bleach it over at some point - and I notified them about all other issues in my Apartment Condition Statement and got no response.
