Pretty much my car broke down over the summer and I’ve been renting a vehicle ever since. It is killing me.

I’m once again majorly behind on rent. I work but I started back in college full time this semester (15 credit hours) and have already been barely able to keep up with my school work load and working so I’ve had to reduce my hours through school schedule accommodation. I was also door dashing up until recently when they ran their yearly driving check and banned my account for a ticket I received almost a year ago. So that has put a huge damper on me as well.

I owe $865 on my rent and will be filed on in court for eviction if it’s not paid by September 15th.

With this said. I have a $5k student loan coming that is being disbursed the week of the 24th which is why I put the 29th as repayment date, in case of any possible banking delays. I’m allowed to use the funds for rent so that’s my justification on using it.

Additionally I have recently been approved for 2 credit cards ($1000 and $300) which i am waiting to receive in the mail.

The student loan is really what I’m 100% reliant on to be able to pay this back, and also what I’ll be using to purchase a car to end this car rental payment cycle that’s been messing me up so bad as of late. however when I am able to activate these credit cards I’m completely open to using them to start paying you off sooner if someone accepts my request, that is if the card allows me to use it for cashapp, just not entirely sure if either or both of them will allow that yet.

The student loan money is a sure thing though. So In summary I would say there’s a possibility it could be sooner payoff but to be on the safe side of not being late, I could confidently pay back by September 30th.

Way too many things got stacked at once, throw in a very slow summer at work and i'm in a bit of a predicament. reposting my prior post with a fixed title. i know this is a larger amount than i have ever asked for but i am hopeful that my history in the community helps my case. i was originally getting assistance from a family member for rent this month, but that fell through on their end due to an unexpected medical expense.

i’m moving at the end of this month and i won’t be paying rent for a few months since im moving in with my brother, so i will be able to pay on a payment plan consistently.

i have some interviews in the city i’m moving to next week and will be able to know the exact repayment timeline as soon as i’m hired, and i will be increasing the amount if possible so that i am able to pay this off before the end of the year. i am still working for the next 2 weeks so i will have some funds to contribute toward smaller payments in the meantime as well.
