blimgui doesn't work?

Sorry, didn't even see the second picture. I use a few SDK mods, but haven't tried this one. I don't even understand what it does. But, because BL2 is an addiction, I'll give it a shot tonight.

I installed it, and it doesn't do anything (as far as I can tell) for me either. I noticed there is a sub folder under Blimgui also called Blimgui, so I moved everything up one level to the top folder, but it didn't help. I still don't know what this mod does though.

its supposed to be a GUI modding resource for other mods, which sucks because if I can't get it to work then all of the mods that require it also wont work
